As principal, Mr. Acevedo brings a diverse background and expertise in residential and commercial development, public relations, project administration, and management capabilities. As Senior Project Manager for the Charles Company, a southern California-based development corporation (1996-1999), he has overseen the successful development of numerous commercial projects in the greater Los Angeles area. His commercial projects include the establishment of over two dozen regional and national commercial tenants. As president of Neighborhood Empower and Economic Development, Inc., his residential projects have consisted of over 600 single-family, multi-family, affordable and senior housing units. With an educational background in media and political science, Mr. Acevedo serves as a political consultant to numerous state and local politicians, and has cultivated strong relationships in both the land development and local government fields. Mr. Acevedo brings strong leadership and negotiation skills, and will act as principal in charge of property acquisition and finance.

He has considerable experience in project management, land planning, due diligence, project processing administration, site design, environmental assessment, and planning law. He has served in management and supervisory positions for a multitude of projects for local governments and the private sector. Mr. Bacerra maintains working relationships with numerous local, state and federal agencies, and has established contacts with many regional and national commercial tenants. With years of experience in the planning and development field and the support of a vast resource pool, Mr. Bacerra has chosen to apply his expertise towards creating high quality project developments that are responsive to the needs of local communities.
