Italian Antipasto
(appetizer)


Ingredients:

  • 1 can artichocke
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can chives
  • 1 can caper
  • 1 can sardines
  • 1 pack carrots
  • 1 pack sweet chili peppers
  • 2½ onions
  • 3 heads garlic
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • bay leaves
  • 1 can stuff olives
  • 8 oz olives oil

Procedure:

Dispose all fluids.
Cook all in the oil. Add the raw items when are soft to the cook ones. Then,let it cool down.
Serve cold with crackers.
