Find a quiet place to rest your body, nestle down into some warm coverings, rest your hands with palms up on your knees or lap!
(If you would like to call in the energy of the Angels, lite a candle!)
Surround yourself with Golden White Light & see that this is a Bubble of Protection~~~ Ask your Favorite Masters to be with you!
Then take some very DEEP breaths several times & Relax---going down a few steps into a Garden of Roses, Light, Angels & other favorite flowers, maybe like Lilacs with all the colors surrounding you! Here & there are some Beautiful scattered Roses growing on some little white fences & a nearby brook, that is trickling over a few rocks, babbling & speaking to you & hearing Mother Earth!
As you sit there in a Peaceful repose, inhaling the sweet scent of the Roses or Lilacs, you visualize Mother Earth with her green Rainforests & blue oceans & seas!
As you see this, begin to send Golden Waves of Light around the Earth---actually "seeing" the Waves Moving around her Undulating, sweeping down & up into all the crevices of the Mountains & Valleys, in and out where Many Wild Animals live freely & not so freely, covering the ground with the Waves of Golden Light until you see Homes covered with the Light & All People covered with the Golden Waves of Light!
After you have covered all living & non-living things with these Golden Intricately Woven Waves of Golden Light, begin to Raise the LEVELS of the Golden Light about 6 feet off the ground-------Hold it There! Watching the Golden Sun Reflecting off the Waves & Sparkling Moisture of a few Rainbows after the Dew has settled from a Light Rain Shower!~~~continued Next
