WITHIN TEN DAYS, HE WOULD OF NOT WENT OUT AND BOUGHT STEEL SHELLS, THAT HE NEVER BOUGHT BEFORE. WHAT FOR????
SEAT BELTS WASN'T ON HIM, BUT LAB TESTS SHOW THAT THE SEAT BELT HAD TO BE ON HIM TO GET THE BLOOD ON THE SEAT BELT. RICKY COULDN'T OF SHOT HIMSELF AND THAN TOOK THE SEAT BELTS OFF?????

This letter is in reference to the death of Ricky Dyer. As a handwriting expert with a specialty in both the progression of suicide and psychological autopsies, I examined a couple samples of Ricky's handwriting.
Within these samples I found that Ricky did NOT appear to be suicidal. In fact, I found him to be energetic with goals and he appeared to have optimism with regard for his future plans and aspirations.

The shells were STEEL SHOT and Ricky only own DOVE AND QUAIL SHOT shells... Who's shells were these??????

ALSO TWO GIRLS WERE UP ON THE HILL, AND WHAT THEY SAID, THEY COULDN'T OF KNOWN IF THEY WEREN'T THERE.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Ricky Dyer Jr.s' arm length was not long enough to activate the trigger nor reach the trigger group assembly of the Remington shotgun.
No device was found to facilitate activating the trigger so that Ricky could shoot himself.
There is also the matter of the shell found outside the car.
Suicidal actions do not involve a second shot.
The shotgun was a manual pump. This means he would have to eject the first shot and reload to fire the fatal one.
The fatal one was still in the shotgun.
Suicide by shotgun, is normally done between the legs while in the seated position and into the mouth. In this situation, it was at a right angle and at the base of the neck.
There would be no reason for Ricky to wipe all his prints from the weapon. The weapon and shell butts have no prints on them. This is the work of a planned murder.
Please understand, this really is a murder and not a result of wanton imagination.
These are the facts of the case, and they are undisputed.
