This feeder was designed to feed different butterflies, offering different feeding options: butterflies can nectar from fermenting fruit on top, or for butterflies with short proboscises, they can nectar from wicks that carry nectar from he resevoir below. There are also a series of tubes that imitate flowers with tubed nectaries for butterflies with longer proboscises. Sold in garden shops and garden magazines around the U.S.

Avoid butterfly homes made of cedar (why do you suppose that you keep your fine woolens & linens in a CEDAR Chest?? It is because cedar kills moths.
