.
We were up early, and into town, because Kathy had an appointment. Bob came along with her, to be the ONEderful driver.
.
While in town, Bob did some helpful running of errands, and went by to see his mom, Helen.
.
He had told her that he was going to do his best to get a card rally rolling today. However, he couldn't find enough rollers, so they visited for a while, then when Kathy called to say she was finished, he came on back to pick her up.
.
We came back home, and rested for a while, as Bob stretched out on the massage table, and Kathy did a few things around the house.
.
Then, we ate lunch, and went on back in to town.
.
We met with Jen M., a reporter from the Portage Daily Register, who called us, asking to talk with us about the Dream Interpretation Group that meets here at Bumpity Road, every third Friday of each month. We graciously accepted the invitation.
.
We met at the Portage Public Library, where they let us meet in their large meeting room. It was a great treat.
.
Jen is very enthusiastic about the dream group, and asked a lot of questions, which helped her know quite a bit about the group, and what inspires people to look closely at their dreams.
.
We also referred her to talk with Sheila K., who originally took a Dream Interpretation class, which Bob taught over 10 years ago. Now, Sheila facilitates another dream group similar to ours, in Baraboo, WI, the first Friday of each month.
.
While in our meeting with Jen, the sleet and rain started coming down, so we decided to head back home, to restart the cookstove fire.
.
Now, we're nestled in, and grateful for our warm hearth, in which to be at home. Thank you for JOY'ning with us, on this beautiful day.

.
A day of feeding a steady diet of dried wood to both Miss Monarch, in The Kitchen, and Miss Atlanta, in The Sunrise Room, which made for a toasty warmth all day and evening.
.
Bird watching, while on the exer-cycle, enables our feathered friends to greet us from just a few steps away.
.
The Black-Capped-Chickadee-Dee-Dees, Nuthatches, and Slate Colored Juncoes, are our most numerous, and most frequent visitors.
.
The Ladder Back, and Downy Woodpeckers, are also daily visitors, but are quite shy, and tend to land on the back side of the feeder, where we usually get only get a partial view.
.
These 5 are our most frequent visitors, at the feeder, which is stocked continually with black sun-flower seeds.
.
The bird we hear most often, are the Crows.
.
They frequent the very large cottonwood, from which they descend to glean and feast, at our compost pile.
.
The most frequent visitors at sunset, and for half an hour thereafter, are the cardinals, sometimes a half dozen, fluttering back and forth, territorially.
.
Infrequent visitors are the Song Sparrow, Blue Jays, and Starlings.
.
A total of 10 species of birds seen from the Sunrise Room since New Year's Day.
.
Bob continues his post-water-fasting, with a diet consisting of small meals, avoiding most white flour, sugars, and salt, and, no coffee at all now for about 6 weeks!
.
Nor have we touched any of the 35 quarts of ice-cream, still in our freezers. (We're saving the ice-cream for you!)
.
The Snow-Scape is gorgeous, with Bob's eyes getting a little sore if he spends too much time outside in all the brightness, which is how snow blindness can occur.
So, it's sun-glasses in the winter-time, even more necessary, than in the summer!
.
Bob spending a lot of time, usually daily, in the wood piles, also splitting and stacking wood (in The Sunrise Room), and shoveling and plowing snow.
.
The days slip away quickly with all the additional house and outside chores, that usually require daily attention.
.
Our lives have changed a bit in the past month, in that we seem to be traveling less, working more at home, and keeping rooms and food, available for Jesus, whenever he may arrive, no matter how many, nor which clever disguise(s), He may be using, (which includes each of your faces!)
.

.
The sun welcomes us today, which is symbolic of the light that we feel within.
.
Bob continues to split and move wood and things, all around, so that they can be the most helpful, where they are.
.
Kathy went to help a friend, who has moved, by showing her house (that she's trying to sell), to a man.
.
When Kathy got there, the driveway was cleared. The steps weren't cleared, so she made way up the stairs, and the snow was packed up by the door. As Kathy was cleaning it away, the man arrived. He had big boots on, and was able to move it easily. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
.
Kathy stopped to get some fresh veggies, and headed back to Bumpity Road.
.
We enjoyed a quiet snow covered evening, and Bob went to bed early.
.

Sunday, March 4, 2007
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
.
It is such an open morning, with the birdies singing through.
.
Kathy rested in for a while this morning, and came down, fully refreshed. Thank you God!
.
We ate our big meal of salmon, beets, radishes, bananas, and lots of water.
.
We shared the Sunday service, which was delightful, to meditate, and look out the wide, bright windows, to see the brilliance of the birds.
.
We are sooooooo very blessed.
.
Kathy's dad, Randy called, and she talked with him.
.
We have burned a lot of wood in our two wood stoves this winter, and still have plenty of dry wood stacked inside to get us throught till the warm weather.
.
Additional recent winter bird visitors (species 11 thru 13), since New Year's Day, are the Goldfinch, Housefinch, and the gorgeous Morning Dove.
.
The ice in our long driveway is starting to melt, which makes it much easier to walk to the mailbox (without ice-skates)! :-)
.
.

Monday: March 5, 2007
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
.
Bob came fluttering downstairs from his owl nest, and flew around doing some inside cleaning and chopping of wood.
.
Winter is a great time, to ready the Bumpity Home for many of our feathered friends. :-)
.
Thank you, Bob.
.
Kathy came down, and JOY'ned with Bob, to share a grilled cheese feast.
.
KatKat is usually up till late at at night, or into the owly wee hours, pawing among the dishes, and then playing with her mouse at the computer.
.
Bobby grilled several of the sandwiches, and they are tasty (ten extras are stored in the fridge).
.
Now, we are warmly nestling by the cookstove, to relax and BE at home, here, at Bumpity Road.
.
Both wood stoves going all day.
.
Sunrise Room temperature was 70 degrees, and that is really great when you consider the nine windows and two doors, which is mucho glass, and outside temperatures below freezing!
.
The cold side of the kitchen was 76 degrees!
.
We sure do like it warm!
.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Tuesday: March 6, 2007
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
.
Bob spent much of the day cleaning and reorganizing the Sunrise Room, wood piles, cabinets, desk, table (and contents). .
Just finishing the last few weeks of winter with a re-sorting of things, and trying to "downsize," and create more "empty" space, for greater ease of transit, and, more flexbility in usage of the rooms.
.
Bob does have an occasional, slight tendency, towards a sparser, more "monastic," life style.   :-)
.
Kathy appreciates the quiet peace, which is embraced at Bumpity Road.
.
We see Bumpity Road as a Sanctuary, a place to retreat from the demands in your life, and in a peaceful, mini-community environment, interact with Your Own Solitude, or others, (including Kathy and Bob), as You Are Guided.
.
Snow began falling in late afternoon and up through bedtime, blanketing the snowscape, with yet another, glowing in the moonlight, white blanket.
.

.
Good morning angels!
.
Bob is bustling around, doing many things to clear the Sunrise Room, even more.
.
Kathy came down, and we JOY'ned, to take care of the Bumpity haven of LOVE.
.
Watching the birds, many are coming to the feeder, to share in the feast of the winged ones.
.
They are soooooooo beautiful ! That means you, birdie messengers!
.
Bob is splitting wood, to have pieces small enough to fit in the small door of the large Monarch cook stove, in the kitchen. Thank you, Angel Bob!
.
Kathy cleaned the kitchen, and checking e-mails.
.
Prayer requests comes to mind, of friends asking for prayers for angels. We embrace them, in the blessed arms of LOVE NOW!
.

.
An unusual four hour extravaganza of errands and shopping in Portage with great purchases of mangos, red grapes, avocados, etc.
.
We visited Mom Helen before leaving town, and had a nice chat with her.
.
Public television had a documentary: Alone In The Wilderness, that was an incredible story of a fellow, who at age 51, moved into the wilderness, built his own house, and lived there for almost three decades!
.
A fascinating story of a fellow who felled the trees, made his own furniture, a wooden snow shovel, wooden sled, and even the hinges on his homemade wood door, were even made of wood.
.
He captured everything on video.
.
Building his home, fishing, the wilderness scenery, the wildlife, and live footage of him working and hiking.
.
It was a fascinating story!
.
His name was Dick Proenecke.
.

.
Al's Plumbing arrived early to replace our kitchen faucets and repair a bath tub faucet, in the West Wing.
.
Al is a friendly fellow, who finished both tasks, and left us with some well-functioning, water works.
.
Kirby called, and was ready to work on the Saturn's deer blessed, left door latch, and left headlight, and also do a routine grease and oil-change.
.
He telephoned us later, to say the Saturn was ready, so we drove over in the Caddy, and left it with him for an oil change and greasing, and brake repairs.
.
A rooster pheasant was on the left side of the road, and a wild tom turkey on the right side, as we drove over.
.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Saturday, March 10, 2007
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
.
Both of us housecleaning and re-organizing during the day.
.
A quick trip to our local horse doctor (mechanic) to pick up our Caddy.
.
Flocks of about 50 robins along the roadway, and in the trees and fields near our house!
.
They arrived before spring!
.
Also, lots of bird life on our trip to the mechanic's (just a few miles from home).
.
Pheasant, turkeys, and sand hill cranes, along the roadside, and in the fields.
.
Never saw so many robins at once!
.
Robins, Robins, everywhere,
in the trees and in the air,
hopping here, flitting there,
springy Robins, everywhere!
.
A glorious sight, that the robins bring of Angels openly a breast, to come together, and BE at home here, on this bright, sun-shiny day!
.
Thank you God, for this glorious sight!

Sunday, March 11, 2007
.
We were awakened again, to sun shining, everywhere, to remind us of the light glowing within our hearts and minds!
.
Bob and KAThy celebrated the glory, in our 10:00 a.m., Sunday morning, Thanks living JOY'ning to come together in our union, to SERVE peace!
.
Thank you God.
.
Bob went to Portage, to play cards with the Sheepshead queens, Mom and Aunt Eva, who were ready for him to come in, and have some fun.
.
Kathy talked with Robert and Mary S., and other people involved with Pathways of Light Advisory Council, to take care of many things that were calling for peace filled, loving attention.
.
Bob came home, and he and Kathy did a few things, around the house.
.
Then, we watched some ONEderful movies, which embrace life's experiences in thought provoking, warm and loving ways.
.
Sarah's Winter is a movie, which tells about a family in Kansas, who is visited by the father, and original owner of the farm that they live on. They deal with a lot of feelings about all of this, because the father left and didn't come back, until now, when his son (who is the present owner of the farm) is grown. A lot of healing goes on, as it comes to the point where the son is ready to talk deeply with his father. It brought us to tears, and shows the beauty of BEing together, in a relationship of LOVE.
.
Paradise Road is about an experience of women whose ship was wrecked, while escaping from the Japanese invasion of Burmam during LWorld
War II.
.
They swim and float to land, then start walking. They are taken as hostages in a Japanese camp. Through this experience, they become much more humbled and grateful for the miracle of Living. It is a very moving symbol, which gives a look at how precious the miracle of life is.

What dreams may come ... couple helps interpret overnight thoughts
--------------------------
Jen McCoy / Portage Daily Register
--------------------------
Bob and Kathy Thompson of Portage help people discuss their dreams. They lead an interpretation group the third Friday of every month.
.
For more information about dream interpretations or to join the group, contact Bob and Kathy Thompson at 608-617-4439 in Portage or Sheila Klicko at 608-356-5139 in Baraboo.
.
By Jen McCoy, Daily Register

.
The usual morning routine of coffee and a car ride are familiar, except when a quick glance down informs you that you are naked at work. For some reason, pants and a shirt were overlooked in the early hours and now a file folder is the only means of self-preservation. And oddly enough, co-workers do not seem to notice your most embarrassing situation.
.
Your subconscious is trying to tell you something, according to Bob Thompson, so listen carefully.
.
"Step No. 1 is to be willing to look at yourself," said Thompson, 70, of Portage. "Most people believe that there is a spark of the divine within them, accessible through meditation, prayer or dream works."
.
For more than 10 years, Thompson has researched the intentions of dreams. He hosts a dream interpretation group at his home.
.
Dream work is an inner guide speaking to us with healthy intentions of guidance, according to Thompson. Even dark dreams and nightmares occur for a reason.
.
"Nightmares use scary imagery because that way they are hard to forget. They are extremely important," Thompson said. "But they are a taboo subject because most people are unaware of their fears. There is always a positive interpretation of a dream because they come from the soul, and I believe that it is a loving presence and helpful no matter what the imagery is."
.
Dreams have fascinated Thompson since he was a child reading the Old Testament and focusing on the divine within and communicated through dreams. Later in life, Thompson was introduced to Native American interpretations of the Great Spirit and guides.
.
In 1994, Thompson created and facilitated "The History of Dreams," a class held once a week, for 10 weeks, at Madison Area Technical College. Materials that Thompson covered included dreams in the Old Testament, dreams surrounding the birth and life of Jesus Christ in the New Testament and those of Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung.
.
Popularity of the class bled into another class, "Dreams, Awareness and Wellness." Material discussed included relationships between the physical body and mind, emotions, eternal soul and finances. Thompson then did dream presentations to libraries, civic groups and churches across the state.
.
Students from the original MATC dream classes began meeting for dream interpretations, a gathering which has continued to today.
.
Sheila Klicko is one of the original students of Thompson, and began her own dream group in her hometown of Baraboo.
.
Klicko, 64, said that dream interpretation has changed her life significantly and that she even looks forward to the dream state.
.
"I've had life-changing dreams where I have made a big change in my life based on a dream," Klicko said. "Mentally, spiritually, emotionally — you learn a lot about yourself through dreams."
.
Many people have similar dreams — teeth falling out or arriving to work naked — but their relevances are as varied as the dreamers who have them, the experts said.
.
"There are certain things that a lot of people dream about, but even though they are universal symbols they have different meaning," Klicko said.
.
Both groups have a confidence policy in which members agree not to discuss anyone's dreams outside of the room. There is no fee and class sizes range from two to eight people. A safe environment where individuals feel free of judgment helps ease the mind, Thompson said.
.
Word associations, paraphrasing and intuition are tools of assessing unconscious material in the group. For example, teeth falling out could be interpreted as the dreamer's insecurity, according to Jeremy Taylor, founding member of the Association for the Study of Dreams.
.
The significance of being naked in public could mean the dreamer has allowed more of their "authentic" self to show than ordinarily appropriate, Taylor said.
.
Assisting Thompson in the dream group is his "reflection" —  his wife, Kathy.
.
"People feel it's really telling about who you really are deep down," Kathy Thompson, 49, said. "There is some insecurity there, but more people are opening it In dream interpretation, you ask yourself to be guided through and use your intuition."
.
The Thompsons married in 2004, but Kathy Thompson said she knew her husband before she knew him in person. They met at an inner peace meeting.
.
"I've always found inner peace by dreams — really looking close, our coming together has been and answer to a dream," Kathy Thompson said "We are a reflection of each other."
.
"I had no idea of getting married," Bob Thompson said. "But when I met Kathy it was a no-brainer."
.
The couple said the first step in dream interpretation is the willingness to be open. The next step is more literal.
.
"What really works for most people is a pad and pen by the side of the bed," Thompson said. "Write down your dream before you even get out of bed, before things get lost. People that do this often have the tendency to remember more."
.
The third step for interpreting dreams, Thompson said, is to believe what the dream is telling you — but not always literally.
.
"Some people ask about death in dreams," he said. "Look at the symbols on the surface. If I look at death in a dream, it means change, something is going to end and something is going to begin."
.
Lucid dreams, or the ability to be aware that one is dreaming and can direct the dream state, is not something that Thompson teaches, but he believes it is possible.
.
"Carlos Castaneda (a Lucid dream author) says be aware of your hands at different times of the day, before a meal," Thompson said. "Use your hands as a cue to remind you that you are in a dream. I don't do lucid dreams myself, because if good comes from the dreams, then why change it?"
.
Instead of trying to steer the direction of dreams, Kathy said, absorb and interpret what is there naturally.
.
"Ask for intuition and inner guidance. My dreams show me how I can be the most helpful to myself and other people," she said.
.
Some individuals believe that answers to tough questions — relationships, career, religion — are in dreams.
.
"It's like having a counselor who knows everything about you, but uses a language that is initially hard to understand. But if I learn to deal with metaphor and intuition, then the answers will come to me," Thompson said.
.

.
We rested, and did many things that were asking for attention this morning, around Bumpity Road.
.
It has been surprising, how much time it takes to do the routine daily things, such as dishes, meals, laundry, cleaning and oganizing bedrooms, kitchen, Sunrise Room, ashes from two stoves, getting them burning and keeping them burning, feeding and watering cats and birds, compost out, burnables in burn barrel, compost out, trips to mailbox and barn, and ongoing time spent on the inside (Sunrise Room), wood pile, sorting wood for both stoves, sorting, carryng, and restacking wood, checking mouse trips in attic, bird watching, observing the behavior in our pride of lionesses, etceeeeeeeeeeeeeera!
.
Billy W. stopped by, to visit.
.
Billy had been dickering with the Amish for a boar (male) hog, to snuggle with Billy's, lonely Miss Piggee.
.
Hopefully, such snuggling might produce a litter (of 8 to 10, or more!), little piglets.
.
We found an announcement online, about an Open Minds discussion group, in Baraboo. We decided to go, and do some shopping, before the group.
.
We went to St. Vincent's DePaul's store, and found some helpful goodies, to use around the house.
.
Then, we made some stops at additional stores, for some angel blessings, to use at Bumpity, during all of the coming together of gatherings.
.
We went to a park, pulled the car over, and made sandwiches. Then, ate them, for our picnic in the car. We took a walk, and looked at animals in the zoo. It was a brisk chance to be grateful for this beautiful home of the animals.
.
We went over to the meeting place for the group, and realized that they weren't meeting tonight. Our friend, Sheila K. was home, who holds the group in the meeting room, at her apartment complex. It was great to see her, and we stayed and visited with her for a while. So, that is what the trip and guidance to take it was about, to JOY'n and share with her, a blessed friend.
.
Thank you God, for bringing us together.
.
Plus, we were able to get some helpful goodies, to use at Bumpity.
.
Thank you God, for this warm day, in which to travel, and do this.
.
We are very grateful!

.
Bob trekking back and forth from the house to the barn, carrying tools and storage items, both ways.
.
Bob also dug several drainage slots in the driveway to allow for more rapid dispersal of accumulated melt-waters.
.
Both Miss Monarch and Miss Atlanta, blessing us with warmth all day.
.
Plus, they keep the two tea pots singing, as well as warm and cook food.
:-)
.
Cuzzin' Jerry (Cuzzin' Billy's son), stopped by and chatted over cheese/chicken sandwiches and coffee.
.
Jerry had been hospitalized with a stomach infection (Krohn's Disease), and had not had much appetite for several weeks.
.
Jerry did say that the sandwiches, "went down purty good."
.
Jerry's dog, Grumble, sniffed out the local terrain, ate a few bones, and then crawled through the floorboard, into Jerry's truck, making himself comfortable on a rug on the front seat.
.
A good chat wih Jerry who is always upbeat, and has a great sense of humor, as he relates his adventures, and, observations.
.
We are still eating White Icicle Radishes from last fall, that we had stored in 5 quart ice cream pails in the fridge.
.
We watched the cartoon: King Solomon's Mines, and then Bob fluttered off to ruffle his feathers in bed.
.

.
Another bright day, at Bumpity Road.
Bob is bustling around early, to take care of starting the grand lady cook stoves, and many other things, that are helpful to do.
.
Kathy come down to join him later, and it is a blessing to share in gratitude, for all that is.
.
Bob went out to cut wood, get the mail, and take things to the barn.
.
Kathy did some cleaning, and e-mails, while talking, singing, and dancing with Bob, all day.
.
We watched some of the movie classic, that Kathy appreciates, including The Truman Show and You Can't Take it with You!
.
The Truman Show tells the experience of a man embracing his heart, to see who he truly is, and letting himself be guided from within. This expresses how it is so important, to follow the voice of love.
.
You Can't Take it with You is another story about seeing the light, to do what makes life a fun and happy experience of laughter and music.
.

.
Kathy is so grateful to come downstairs to the grace, of a warm cook stove, at Bumpity Road.
.
It is huge, and keeps everything here comfortable, just like home, which it is!
.
Bob roasted up some venison, potatoes, carrots, and onions, in the cook stove, which were m'mm, m'mm good!
.
Kathy decided to make a surprise for Bob. . So, she made the yummy zucchini muffins for the first time, that Gerry K. gave us the recipe, with which to cook.
.
We watched some more videos, including Origins Of Earth and Vivaldi's Spring, enJOY'ed relaxing, and BEing at home.
.
Thank you God, for the Peace that we embrace in doing this.

.
Happy Birthday Morning, Bob! (71)!
.
Birds, cats, and wood stoves all tended to.
.
Packing a basket of gifts for buddy Dale Krebs, who is hosting us for lunch at his farm, today.
.
Dale is a close friend, who lived here for four years, and built all the nine bedrooms here at Bumpity, framing them out, and drywalling the walls and ceilings (Bob did the priming and final coat of white paint).
.
Another friend, Joe Lubich, did much of the electrical wiring in the bedrooms, during Joe's, also four years, tenure here.
.
We had a great time with Dale at his "little ranch" of horses and cattle.
.
We toured his new house, much of which he built himself, over a two year period.
.
It was a great afternoon.
.
Dale placed 5 servings of meat loaf on Bob's plate (the second plate had only 3 servings).
.
Dale's smashed potatoes, with cottage cheese mixed in, were verrrrry tasty!
.
Friends Laura and Kent arrived very late Friday night, with their dog, which surprised Bob, because Bob and Kathy did not know about their bringing the dog, till they arrived, close to midnight.
.
Bob mentioned that we had never allowed animals in the house, and asked Laura how she felt about keeping the animal in their car overnight, but Laura felt that keeping the dog in their bedroom at Bumpity overnight, was another option, and Bob agreed that that was another option.
.
However, they decided not to stay, and left shortly thereafter.
.
Friends Rita C. and Catherine B. had arrived much earlier in the evening, in time for Chef Roberto's supper of meatloaf (thank you, Dale, for the meat loaf to go!), baked potatoes, baked onions, Kathy's Peanut Butter birthday Cake, Zuchinni Muffins, and Neopolitan ice cream.
.
Duncan arrived in time for left-overs, and rounded out the group of five angels, each of who demonstrated loving kindness, and openess.
.
We had wonderful sharings and discussions for about 8 hours, from dinner at 6:00 p.m. till after 2:00 a.m. in the morning.
.
Very interesting, fun, and inspirational, as the five of us shared our lives and thinking, in a very warm and open family atmosphere.
.
A very exciting, and memorable, evening!
.
Bob and Kathy consider such an evening, The Perfect Format For A Workshop, where each can share as they are moved to, about any topic, and respond to anything the others shared, as each is moved or inspired to do so.
.
No agenda needed, just get together, and be yourself.
.
It was great that each of the five, repeatedly shared, not just their thinking, bur also, their deepest, soul-touching, thoughts.
.
What a wonderful experience, very affirming and thought-provoking, for all!
.

.
We heard the sound of Catherine, getting coffee and goodies, in the kitchen.
.
Bob and Kathy came down to talk with her, and embrace the beauty of living in the experience of what is coming to heart now. Then, Rita also came out soon.
.
It is always very inspirational to share with Rita, Catherine, and also brother, Duncan, who JOY'ned us a little later.
.
Duncan, who had stayed up with us, until 2:30 a.m., came out asking: "What time is it?" To which we said: Now!
.
It was great, to embrace coming together, in expressing our heart felt thoughts, with family. This truly is a commUnity of Oneness, where we share Openly, at home.
.
Chef Roberto cooked up his famous omelets, with potatoes, onions, and a lot of basil, from our herb gardens. Thank you, Love.
.
We talked more and more, with the angel chorus, of Duncan, Catherine, and Rita.
.
Duncan, left, to go by the bakery, which is run by the Amish, on his way home to Madison.
.
Catherine and Rita stayed a bit longer, then went back home also. We are so honored, that they came home, to be with us today.
.
Kathy and Bob went to be snuggly wuggly, by resting a while, after staying up, into the wee hours, also.
.
We got up, to eat, and enJOY a quiet afternoon, here at Bumpity Road.

.
What a blessed day, in the country land of Wisconsin. It is eternally, a beautiful sight, to look out the windows, and see the sun shining through, as the birds are coming and going, from the feeder.
.
The birds sing the song of paradise, as the happiness and joy, comes shining through!
.
Kathy and Bob shared the Sunday meditation service, in this fantastic mosaic of bird heaven. Thank you Angel birds, for BEing who you truly are!
.
Then, we went outside, and did some raking and hoeing on the south side of the house. Now, it looks beautiful, out there!
.
We finished the meatloaf, which Dale sent us home with on Friday. A divine feast, once again.
.
We shared throughout the day, and laughed, to come clearer about what our true purpose is in BEing JOY'ned here together, to embrace the One Love of God.
.
Thank you God, for all of the blessings!

.
We went to town, fairly early in the day, for Bob to play cards with Mom Helen, Jim, and Sister Rose. They had the full hand draw for several hours, and shared many laughs, and fun.
.
Kathy ran some errands, and came back to Helen's house, and JOY'ned with everyone, at the card table.
.
Helen had made a jello cake, for Bob's birthday (71), so we each appreciated a piece of the delicious delight.
.
Bob is fasting again today, so Helen sent some pieces home with us, for him to eat, when he's ready to.
.
Then, Bob and Kathy went to the Library Discussion Group. Tonight, we talked about the book by Jon Katz, entitled "The Dogs of Bedlam Farm."
.
Everyone seemed to really enjoy reading this book, as it described the experience that Jon had, in buying a farm outside of the city. He talked about the willingness he experienced in living there, and the friends he made, all along the way, as people saw his eagerness to treat the animals and everyone, in a humane way.
.
Dr. and Mrs. Curtis (a veterinarian) guided this discussion very well. It was interesting to have them lead this, as they have had so many unique opportunities to share with people and animals, while Dr. Curtis was practicing as a veterinarian in the Portage area.

.
When we got up, we called and talked to Deb P. about what will be involved in printing copies of the "Two Wolves."
.
We decided to go to Deb and Paul's house in Madison, where Kathy and Deb worked on editing the book, to make more copies.
.
Paul and Deb have a high quality printer, that they have been given, by Xerox to print on. It makes clear and beautiful copies.
.
Before we left, and on the way to Madison, we called people, to see about having them meet Bob to see a few movies, at the Market Square Theater.
So, before leaving, we made quite a few calls. Most people said that they'd try to come.
.
After dropping Kathy off at Deb's, Bob went to Market Square, where he was graced to see our dear friends, Barb V. and Jim, to see "Happy Feet."
.
Then, Bob was JOY'ned with Catherine B. and Lois, to see "The Pursuit of Happiness." So, Bob had a fabulous afternoon, with many friends.
.
Kathy and Deb were busy bees, BEing helpful, at the word processor, to put the book together. We were both very excited, to have the book ready to print, by late afternoon!
.
We finished editing, and started printing the booklets. They came out very beautiful, and Deb had some powder blue cardstock, which we used for the covers, that set them off.
.
Bob came back over to see our blessing of the printing, in action, and he really liked the booklets too. Bob and Kathy shared together, in stapling some copies.
.
Then, we got everything together, and headed back home, to Bumpity Road. Thank you God, for this blessing, to do this project, that we can share with so many. We are soooo grateful!

.
It is another beautiful day at Bumpity Road.
.
We took a walk around the paths and fields of Bumpity Road, that are very peaceful and put your heart into that peace.
.
Our walk took us for over a half- mile, and covered a lot of the grden grounds of Bumpity Road. It was very fabulous, to do this together.
.
Some friends stopped by, (Jehovah Witnsses, with whom we had a long chat, about everything, except relgion!), whom we welcomed in song, with Bob standing up on the picnic table, and Kathy chiming in, on the ground, to sing to them.
.
We are celebrating the Joy to bless so many, in coming home here.

.
Bob arose early, to embrace the blessings of doing all of our ONEderful joys, at Bumpity Road.
.
Kathy did some meditation, and cleaning upstairs, then JOY'ned Bob in the honor of continuously stewarding all around, this center of Love. Thank you God!
.
KAThy and Bob took another brisk walk around Bumpity Road.
.
It is a vibrantly beautiful day at Bumpity Road. Thank you for this, thank you, thank you, thank you!

.
Thank you God, for the peaceful experience, that we are united in here!
.
We are verrrrrrry grateful!
.
Kathy cleaned the kitchen floor, which always gets very sandy, as people walk inside, from the blessed land here!
.
Kathy also cleaned rooms in the back bedroom hall, to get ready for family and friends coming soon. It is always an opportunity, to let us see that Jesus is always coming home right now.
.
Bob was working around in the Sunrise Room, and outside all day.
.
We do our best to rest and take care of things all around Bumpity Road, to get done, whatever we can, during every day.
.
Thank you God!

.
Miss Monarch and Miss Atlanta warming The Kitchen and Sunrise Room, as our indoor wood-pile, continues to slowly evaporate (thus creating more floor space!).
.
Errands in Portage and Madison were finished by 4:30 p.m., allowing us enough time to get to Deb and Paul's to staple the last of the 200 copies of TWO WOLVES, A Love Story That Became A Legend, written by Bob, over 20 years ago.
.
We met old friends, made new friends, dined on a variety of tasty treats, and watched and discussed Neale Walsch's movie, based on his book of the same title, CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD.
.
A great discussion followed in which Bob, very movingly, gave personal examples of "getting out of your own way," to allow inner guidance to flow through you, creatively.
.
It was a Onederful discussion and sharing, with everyone present.
.
It was a long, rainy ride back to Bumpity Road, where we were immediately warmed by a very kind note from Carmella (a.k.a. Mel), who had arrived earlier, after flyng in from Oklahoma to Chicago, then a bus ride from O'Hare Airport to Madison, and then a rented car to drive to Bumpity.
.
A very full day, of completing lots of shopping chores, followed by interesting, thought-provoking, and inspirational conversations, with everyone we met!
.

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
.
We joyously greeted and breakfasted with Mel, who then drove to her home-for-sale, near Wyocena, to continue selecting items to transport back to her apartment in Oklahoma.
.
Bob spent much of the day continuing to reduce the Box Alder Bug population, which holds hourly reunions on the south side of our house.
.
A few tablespoons of Joy liquid dishwater soap, in a gallon milk-jug of water, with a hole drilled in the plastic cap, is the home-made "sprayer," that Bob reapeatedly fills and uses, to give the waves and clusters of insects a holy bath, enabling them to achieve nirvana, total peace, and heaven, in but a few seconds.
.
This is very time consuming, with as many as four sprayings all around the house, each day.
.
We have just purchased an additional 10 bottles of "Joy Juice," so we are digging in for the long haul of providing transportation for all Box Alder Bugs who volunteer to make themselves available for a quick trip to "bug heaven."
.
(Over 20,000, so far!)
.
Hard to believe, but true!
.
Billy's Guest Room, and The Sunset Room, are meeting places for the insects in very noticeable numbers, thus we are using the nozzle attachment on our Hoover Vacuum Cleaner to suck the insects into another dimension.
.
It takes persistence, determination, lots of Joy Juice, and cooling off periods for the Hoover Vacuum, to keep these party animals from taking over the house.
.
Bob is now mixing Joy Juice, 4 gallons at a time, to bless all insects requesting transportation to eternity.
.
Mel returned in time for supper with us, and we had a long chat about her experiences with her two grandchildren in Oklahoma, whom she cares for during the day.
.
Eldest son, Gary, and Edna, with four little angels, also joined us for supper, with everyone making contributions to a great supper of pasta, pesto, salads, beef, chicken breast, and a Onederful Pumpkin Soup, a la Chef Katarina!
.
Lots of fun, chatting and eating, during our visits to the smorgasbord of food.
.
Thank you God, for the harvest of love, peace, joy, and goooood food!!!!!!!!! We are very grateful!

.
Mel readied herself to go decide what to take along with her, to her new home, in Oklahoma.
.
Then, more angels started appearing. Kierstin and Lucas came out first, and had some cereal, while visiting with Grandpa and Grandma Kathryn.
.
Then, we heard the pitty pat of little Sophia feet. Like Lucas and Kierstin, Sophia came out with all smiles, as she knew that they were ready for a fun filled day, to slide into joy, at a waterpark, in Minneapolis. She also enjoyed some breakfast.
.
Then, Edna and Gary came out, sparkling too. They really are a beautiful family, through and through.
.
While having breakfast with everyONE, Kaitlin appeared, and all the party was ready to have a fun filled day! We are very grateful, that they are able to do this.
.
Then, they all piled in the SUV, after giving mucho hugs and kisses, and they were off for their trip of fun!
.
We are sooooo happy that we have a home, where everyONE can come and be comfortable, together.
.
Bob and KAThy watched the birds, and shared in the celebration of BEing renewed, while the seed is given, so that the birds can live fully.
.
The birds are a fabulous inspiration! It is such a delight, to see them flying to and from the feeder, while always BEing present to what is happening NOW. They are BEautiful messengers!
.
Bob and Kathy rested a bit, then went off to Portage, for Bob to plays cards, with the card masters.
.
We got to Mom Helen's and she and Bob played a five handed Sheepshead card game with sister Rose, Jim, and Aunt Eva. Rose was winning, right from the start. Everything was coming out, as sweet as a Rose for her today. That's great, thank you to Rose and everyONE, for coming out to play today.
.
We took Eva home, and went onto Bumpity Road. It was nice to nestle in and not have to do anything.
.
Edna's home-made pecan rolls made a big hit, as did Bob's grilled cheese/turkey bacon sandwiches and Kathy's Squash soup and salads. Yummmmmmmmmmy!
.

.
We talked with Mel, over breakfast. Then, she went on her way, back to clean her house out.
.
The plumber came to finish work on our downstairs tub.
.
He looked at where to set up an outside faucet, and we chose a spot on the corner of the herb garden.
.
He and Bob looked at how to do that, and it was finished pretty fast. Thank you so. This will save us a lot of time.
.
Bob and KAThy went over to Mel's to help her load her moving van for her trip to Oklahoma.
.
She decided to take many big items, like lawn mowers and things. We brought them out of the house, and Bob loaded them on the van, while Mel and Kathy moved them to the back of the truck.
.
Mel donated a few items, to bring back to Bumpity Road, for which we are very grateful.
.
Kathy and Bob rested for a while, when we returned from Mel's.
.
Then, Kathy got up first, and Bob joined her soon after that. We both watched a few shows on public television. It is nice to be in the peaceful home, once again.
.

.
Both wood stoves going as it was windy, wet, and chilly outside.
.
Cuzzin' Billy showed up and gifted us with twenty, 5 pound bags, of little Norland Red Potatoes.
.
Last spring they were selling for a dollar a pound in our local farmer's market, so that's a hundred dollars of potatoes, (to add to the 110 pounds that we already have!)
.
Good long chat with Cuzzin' Billy about a jillion things!
.
Bob had both wood stoves going before he went out to plow all the gardens, actually using a 6 foot wide snow plow blade, to even out all the soil in all the gardens in an east-west direction.
.
About 3 hours total, today, on the big tractor plowing, and on the little tractor, mowing, creating more lawn space, west of the house.
.
Kathy's Pumpkin Soup is still verrrrrrrrrry tasty!
.

.
Both of us out raking up the dry cut grass to use for mulch in our gardens.
.
Bob then plowed the gardens again, in a north-south direction, to even out the soil, even more.
.
We worked independently, and then together, on the ceremony for the Campbell-Chilson Wedding (on April 21st).
.
Kathy was up for a while, taking care of all the blessings, which we are graced with here, at Bumpity Road.
.
Thank you for giving us this home, in which to be of service. Kathy's focus in life is to do what makes her the most helpful, and she is called in so many ways, that show her how to be helpfully happy. Thank you God!
.

.
Both the Monarch and the Atlanta stoves, warming up the house this morning.
.
Then Bob moved large rocks with the tractor, raked more grass for mulch, and then cut even more grass.
.
It was a good day to mow, because a periodic light drizzle, kept the dust and chaff, out of the air.
.
We worked together on the April Wedding Ceremony, and after discussing and some editing, mailed a copy to both the bride and the groom at their e-mail addresses.
.
They are a wonderful couple.
.
We really enjoyed meeting them, and we both look forward to officiating at their wedding in Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison, Wi.
.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
.
We walked the property trail, including around all the gardens, and it was full of open fullness (already plowed twice, by Bob).
.
Bob walked in front, and Kathy followed along, as guided.
.
It is a grace filled blessing to go out, and walk in this paradise, that Spirit has honored us, to live in.
.
While walking, our neighbor was out raking his lawn. Bob greeted him, then
Kathy said hello to him, as she passed by his beautiful lawn.
.
We came back in and ate a meal of potato soup, and some goodies.
.
Then, we went back outside, to rake the backyard.
.
We want to make this a place for the deer to come and rest, and feed, on new grown grass.
.
We worked for a while. It is far reaching, and stretches the muscles in Kathy's arms, after a while, for which she is grateful.
.
Then, we came back in, for another break.
.
Kathy started cleaning the kitchen floor, which is one of the two rooms, where more blessed ones walk. So, it gets adorned with specks of sand, often.
.
Kathy swept several times, then mopped a few more, cleaning a few corners, here and there. Now, it is much cleaner . . . for a few days . . . :-)
.
Bob went back outside to work several times, during the day. His willingness to mow and plow all the gardens and fields here, is such a joy. Thank you Angel!
.
