Kathy and Bob
We got ready, and went to town, for another round up, to play cards, at Bob's mother's house.
Everyone was ready to see if they could give a chance to Barbie Thompson, to end her winning streak.
We went into town, and I dropped Bob off, for the card games.
I went onto get things at several stores, for what we needed, at Bumpity Rd.
When I was at Wal-mart, I saw Mary Kay, and we embraced, and talked a few minutes. She works there, and said that she was working eight days straight, and this was her sixth.
She was very friendly, and I invited her to come out to Bumpity Rd.
It is always so great to see her.
She and her husband, Richard came to the Buffalo Bookstore, the second day that Bob and I met, when I first came to Bumpity Rd., with David, for the gatherings in October.
At the Buffalo Bookstore, Mary Kay and Richard heard us singing accapella together, the day after we met, on October 2, 2004.
Today, May 1, is our seven-month anniversary of meeting each other in person, for the first time.
When I was at the last stop, of Walgreens, Bob called, and said that the first round of cards was done, and they were eating dinner.
I went on over, and shared some delicious homemade soup, that Helen had made.
When I came in, Barbie was anxious to eat the jello cake.
They were trying to get her to wait until I finished my soup, to give everyone the jello cake dessert.
When I started on the second bowl of soup, Barbie did go ahead and get her piece of cake, which was delicious. I can see why she didn't want to wait for it.
Mmmmmmm, there's nothing like Grandma's home cooking.
Then, I ate my piece of cake too, and Barb is right, and I understand why she didn't want to wait for it.
I asked how the card games had gone, and Bob won, today.
The second round of cards started.
It was especially great to watch, because Helen seemed to be feeling better. We have never seen her laugh like that, and Barbie was also laughing a lot.
The card rounds went on for ten games again, then they had to play another game, to break the tie between Bob and Aunt Eva.
Aunt Eva won, and we got ready, and took Eva home, then came back to Bumpity Rd.
It was nice to get home.
Love and peace,
Kathy and Bob

Kathy and Bob
Today, we thought about going to Madison, WI., to see a movie.
Then, called several friends, including Duncan, to see if they wanted to meet us at the theatre.
Duncan said yes, and we met him to see:
"Sideways."
It is a movie, which shows how someone can turn their life every which way, before making a major change in it. Then, one of the characters, got married.
We went to Duncan's house, and ate from the food box, that Bob and I packed, to take along with us. We had thought about going to see two movies, and that's why we packed the box.
The box included turkey sandwiches, on multi-seeded bread, apples, bananas, Bumpity water, orange juice, three different kinds of cookies, orange juice, potato chips, yogurt, etc.
Then, decided that we'd rather rest, and visit with Duncan.
It was a great picnic, in Duncan's apartment.
We started home, and Bob and I agreed that it felt great, to visit with Duncan, rather than see a second movie, today.
We drove home to Bumpity, and were greeted in the driveway by the doorman, our official greeter, the yellow cat, La Gata.
It started snowing a little bit, before we got home.
On our way home, we saw deer twice, having to slow down even more than our slow speeds.
And a smaller animal, crossing the road, near water, which was probably a mink.
It is good to be home, once again.
Love and joy,
Kathy and Bob

Bob and Kathy
Basically, a few hours out of doors in the orchard, watering the newly grafted baby apple trees, removing fencing from larger trees, and working on the open lawn area up by the mailbox.
Bob still recovering from cough and sore throat flu-like symptoms.
Peaceful and quiet days.
Just before dark, we watched four deer just outside the Sunset Room windows.
Two of the younger deer, ran around and into the cedar trees, seemingly playing a game of tag with each other.
The deer are a reminder of the free spirit, which is within each of us.
Love and Light,
Bob and Kathy

Today we continued with all the orchard and lawn activities of yesterday, and planted another eight containers of radishes along the south wall of the house.
We drilled holes in last years dried out birdhouse gourds, shook out the seeds for planting this month, and then drilled holes to hang the birdhouse gourds in different trees.
Birdhouse gourd seeds are always planted as a very early crop to identify where woodchucks are eating plants.
Last year, I relocated 12 woodchucks and 11 raccoons after live trapping them in Have-A-Heart live box traps.
The weather has been warm and sunny
and we are looking forward to rain for all the newly planted seeds.
Mid-May will be our biggest planting week, before we go to Pathways of Light to complete Kathy's final studies for ordination.
Peace and Light,
Bob and Kathy

Bob and KAThy
A resting day for Bob, into his fifth week with flu symptoms. The nurse he spoke to today, in his doctor's office, had all the same symptoms for 5 weeks.
Apparently, flu viruses mutate so quickly, that even though I had a flu shot a few months ago, I like many others who have had recent vaccinations, got waylaid by a mutant.
A new, previously non-existant-mutant.
Sounds like an attraction of like to like. Alien life form to Bob. :-)
Continued work today on the ACIM readings and discussion for POL Course 901, the last of the POL Courses that we will be working on together, before going to Kiel on May 20th.
Spent time together at the WalMart Vision Center, where KAThy modeled several frames before purchasing glasses and contac lenses.
We arrived home by dark, but saw quite a few deer in fields on both sides of the road on our way home.
Joyous peace, :-)

Kathy and Bob
This is a day of rest again. We've stayed inside, and looked at the gratefulness that we have, for the joy of being in this experience.
Kathy got up early, and welcomed the morning.
Kathy started the wood cookstove, while Bob rested.
It is always a great moment, when I do this, and I can see more about how to handle Miss Monarch. She is a blessing, for which we're very appreciative.
After the rest, Bob came down, and we did some more ACIM Course # 901 lessons.
What a beauty it is to do these, as it gives you a chance to look at what is really the grace of God, and where the focus of Love takes you.
We sent some of the lessons off to Deb and Paul, and decided to take a rest together.
Every moment, is a great opportunity to say yes to the light that is in every experience, ALWAYS!
Thank you God!
Love and joy,
Kathy and Bob

Kathy and Bob
Kathy went to the store, and had the opportunity to chat with the clerk who works there.
I told him that Bob is letting go of flu/cold symptoms. Soooooo, we had to come and get some of their helpful magic cough drops. He sent his wishes, for Bob to feel better.
When I got home, Deb and Paul had called, to talk with us.
I invited Bob to call them with me.
He came down, and we called, and talked with them. It was great to share with them.
They recently told us, that they'd like to hold their first workshop of one of the Pathways of Light courses here at Bumpity Rd.
We talked about a possible date for that, and it was great to share the laughter and joy with them.
We also talked about when we'll be at Patways of Light, in Kiel, WI. soon, for Kathy's additional classes of ordination.
We all agreed that there'll be time for us all to be together, and share in laughter and joy then.
We did some more Course #901 lessons, and sent those to Deb and Paul.
Bob and I talked about some other possibilities of things that we might do here, to share the blessing of Bumpity Rd. This inspired us to call Paul and Deb back, to talk with them about some other ideas that we had, about offering Pathways of Light courses here at Bumpity Rd. They agreed with our ideas.
We decided to call Robert and Mary to talk with them about it too. We did that, and they responded to our ideas, and why they have been guided to offer the ministerial studies courses mainly by correspondence now, through P.O.L.
It was great to talk with all of them.
What a ONEderful day of joyful peace.
Love and light,
Kathy and Bob

Bob and KAThy
Bob tilled and planted birdhouse gourd seeds around the edges of several of the gardens today, to bait and draw the woodchucks away from the soon-to-be-planted watermelon.
We were harvesting seeds from dried out birdhouse gourds that had been stored in the pole barn over the winter, when Aunt Eva (aka Mother Superior) arrived with Peggy, to help us harvest the rest of the seeds. Bob drilled a hole in each gourd for the birds to enter and build their nests, and then we all shook out the seeds.
Afterwards we played four games of euchre and Mother Superior was the winner.
Kathy and Bob won the last game together, playing against the CARD SHARKS! :-)
Afterwards, Bob drilled holes and strung waterproof chord through each birdhouse gourd to hang them on tree limbs.
Then Phil and Mary arrived to ask us to officiate at their wedding next Sunday, here at Bumpity Road.
So, next Sunday, about 3 p.m., we will officiate and then serve dinner.
Are you available?
love and joy,

Bob and KAThy
.
Visited one of our favorite "Amish Stores," the one we fondly refer to as "bent and dent."
.
Then KAThy spent time at the Dentist's office, while Bob browsed through WalMart, Dollar Store, SaveALot, and KwikTrip.
.
Then home for venison burgers and lots of sauteed onions, followed by a walk-a-bout, around the garden areas.
.
We also visited one of our very favorite businesses in Portage, Canal Feed and Seeds, to purchase about 25 different kinds of garden seeds, weighing out each one with a teaspoon or tablespoon, labeling our bags, recording prices (usually 25 or 50 cents), and then bringing them to the register.
.
We love the fact that the family home schools the children, and, that all the kids work in the store.
.
So, we left with lots of varieties of beets, turnips, red, white, and yellow onion bulbs, parsnips, rutabagas, (and especially), with at least half a dozen varieties of winter squash, cantaloupes, and, WATERMELONS.
.
We will get alot of planting done this week, if we get some dry weather, and then finish up next week, before leaving for Pathways of LIght.
.
Our buddy, John Larsen, stopped by to "prep us" for the discussion group that John will be facilitating at the Portage Public Library, tomorrow night.
.
Then, we sent out invitations to our friends, via e-mail, for Mary and Phil's Wedding here, next Sunday.
.
peace and light,

Kathy and Bob
Cuzzin' Jerry stopped by to see about replacing the blades on our tractors.
We called him, while he was on his way here, and told him that a warm omelette would be waiting for him.
When he arrived, Chef Roberto served omelettes to Jerry and Kathy. Mmmmmm', they are delicious.
We talked with Felipe, who said that he was coming by with some eggs and honey, that he harvests himself.
He and Bob had fresh omelettes, when he got here.
We had the blessing, to visit with Jerry and Phil, and share our gratitude.
When Phil left, Jerry had gone to help a neighbor with some things.
Bob went to do a lot of work outside, while Kathy did some things inside.
Then, Jerry came back, to check the tractor blades. He said that they'll have to be replaced, pretty soon.
I baked venison burgers for all of us, which were tasty.
Bob went back outside, and worked more, he loves doing all of these things. I am so very grateful, for that.
He planted beets, parsnips, and onions, weeded the lower garden, and mowed the lawn.
I see that it is his joy.
We went to town, for the book discussion group, at the library.
Then, took the Levee Walk for a stroll along the Wisconsin River, at sunset. It is quite beautiful.
We stopped, to take some library books to Helen, Bob's mother. It was good to see her.
Thank you God, for all of the blessings, that we embrace.
Love and peace,
Kathy and Bob

An early invitation, to meet Don and Mary in Madison for a movie, got us ready, and out the door quickly.
They wanted to see the movie, "Million Dollar Baby."
When we got to the theatre, they were waiting, and we all went into the movie.
It was quite stirring, and thought provoking, about living every moment fully, as if it is the only one that you have. Because, it is.
All that is present, is this miracle, of NOW!
Thank you for the reminder, of how blessed every moment is!
Mary and Don invited us to come by their house, on the way home. It was very nice to do this, and see the beauty, in their country home.
Don makes glass art masterpieces, and he showed Kathy a studio full of beautiful pieces, that he's made. Wow, they are fantastic, and let me see more of his passion for beauty, and detail.
Don and Mary invited us to dinner, at a restaurant, that was very nice.
It was a great experience, to get to eat and visit with them more.
Love and joy,
Kathy and Bob

The morning was a bit cool, so we started the wood cookstove, to warm things up at Bumpity Road.
We got several responses from people who are accepting their invitations to Phil and Mary's wedding, here at Bumpity, on Sunday.
Everyone is delighted to hear about their decision to join in HOLY UNION.
They are about to embrace a new experience together. It is great, how it has come together.
We have been resting quite a bit today, and Kathy has done some errands around Bumpity tonight.
At one point today, Bob talked about going outside to do some things. He said, or I would like to stay in and rest.
I said, why don't you stay in and rest?
Bob agreed, because it was cold and rainy outside.
I am very glad that he has done that! Thank you for loving yourself enough to do that!
Love and joy,

Kathy and Bob Thompson
The morning got us up and going pretty early, to clean the house for the wedding celebration, which will be here tomorrow.
We called Felipe, and accepted his offer to help us clean too.
When Felipe arrived, Bob and Kathy were talking about what food that we'd prepare, for the festivities.
Then, we asked Phil to do a few things, to clear the way for his big blessing of marriage, tomorrow.
Then, we asked him to sweep the Sunrise Room, where the wedding will be held.
He did that.
Then he was vacumming a mat, by the door, and couldn't get it clean enough. He asked if we have a rug beater. At first, Kathy said no, because I thought that we don't have one.
I asked Bob if we have one, and he took one off of the wall, which is actually an antique rug beater. Phil used it, to clean our huge door mat. Phil is very tall, around 7', so he went outside with the rug and beater, and got the rug very clean. It is great, how things happen, when you put your mind to it.
Then, we ate, and did a few more things.
Phil decided to leave, and we thanked him, for all of his help.
Our menu has been planned, about half of the dishes are already prepared, and tomorrow we finish cooking and finalize the sequence of wedding readings and songs, by various wedding guests.
It has been a continuous day of gratitude, for all of the miracles, which surround us here.
Love and joy,
Kathy and Bob

Kathy and Bob
This is a glorious day, to have a wedding, here at Bumpity Road.
Bob and I enjoyed the morning, with doing some bird watching, before the gathering.
Felipe arrived, and we decided the itinerary for the wedding, and when it feels perfect, to do everything, during the festivities.
Felipe also started helping us with the wedding preparations. He is great at helping cut up the vegetables, for salads.
Then, people started arriving for the wedding.
We got all of the food prepared, and were ready to start the wedding.
It was miraculous, to see all of the angels come together, for this miraculous experience.
The wedding was quite moving, and we opened it, with Phil introducing Bob and myself, to officiate and sing for the wedding.
Then, Kathy sang a song to welcome everyone. We flowed along, with the activities happening, as Holy Spirit guides, in the moment.
Thank you God, for this joyful sharing, of the love, that you have blessed us with NOW, eternally!
Bob guided the service, and invited anyone to share their thoughts, about how Phil and Mary have touched their lives.
Several people spoke, as they were guided to.
During the wedding, there were readings, of inspirational ideas, read by Barbara Kraetsch, and Christine Anderson.
Kathy was guided to sing two more songs, as my joy is to sing a joyful sound unto everyONE.
It was very beautiful.
A feast was prepared for everyone. We ate lots of delicious food, and shared in this holy celebration, for many hours of JOY.
Thank you God.
We are very grateful.
Love and peace,
Kathy and Bob

from Bob
The following is an answer to questions from a travel club guest:
....................
Dear Thora,
.
We had 24 at the wedding today and it was an unusually initimate and fun ceremony because all the witnesses, all those present at the beginning of the ceremony, had opportunities to share with the audience, some of their personal experiences and thoughts about the bride and/or groom.
.
That set a tone for the rest of the day that carried over with warm interactions throughout the meal, and visiting afterwards in different clusters, of newly met friends.
.
I participated in the meals prep by contributing about eight dishes to help Kathy with the menu.
.
I was ordained at: pathwaysoflight.org
at their spiritual college near Kiel, Wisconsin, nearly ten years ago.
.
My initial intent of doing extensive and intensive inner work on myself, led to an eventual completion of all requirements necessary for ordination at the Kiel Campus.
.
KAThryn is now completing an extensive course of studies that will result in her legal ordination this May 28th.
.
Kathy will then be officiating at her first marriage the following week in Pennsylvania, for her girlfriend's daughter.
.
I also had the pleasure of officiating, among others, at my youngest daughter's (Sabra Elizabeth) wedding in California last September.
.
Two Pathways of Light Ministers were married here today, and it was truly an unusually friendly and warm, ceremony.
.
Phil and Mary have both been mentors for me for nearly ten years, so it was nice that I, one of their many former "students," could join with my wife Kathy, and be of service to them in planning and officiating at their wedding today.
.
Two of the wedding guests are staying overnight, one from Illinois, and the other from northeastern Wisconsin.
.
One of them will be here for several days to work and play with Kathy as they work out music and song for Kathy's ordination ceremony on the 28th next. (Kathy sang three songs for the ceremony today).
.
With your permission, I shall be happy to forward to you some of our additional mailings in the future about our activities here.
.
warmly,
Bob and KAThy Thompson

.
We went into Portage late this morning and filed the wedding certificate for Phil and Mary at the Columbia County Register of Deeds.
.
Then we drove up into rural Marquette County for a noon banquet prepared by my aunt Eva, aka Mother Superior.
.
A beef roast. And a pork roast. Home made gravy. Smashed potatoes. Rutabaga and carrot cole slaw. Hand squeezed home made lemon pie. Home made pumpkin pie with whipping cream.
.
My, my my!
.
And containers of leftovers and two half pies, to bring home and add to yesterdays leftovers.
.
Two additional bedrooms have guests for another night. Steve and Christine were joined by Phil and Mary for supper with Kathy and I, after the five of them had finished the daily lesson in A Course In Miracles.
.
(I did do another 5 pounds of garlic oil bathed roasted potato halves, many of which I sent home with Phil and Mary.)
.
Steve, Chrisitine, and KAThy are now watching the Bill Murray dvd, "The Man Who Knew Too Much," in the Sunrise Room.
.

.
Chef Roberto sliced and sauteed the leftover olive oil roasted potatoes (with lemon pepper and salt) and then made two Amish egg omelettes (five eggs each) with sauteed onions and cheese.
.
A really nice breakfast with all the juice, toast, love, fellowship, etc.
.
Steve went to see Hermano Felipe over on River Valley Road and Christine and KAThy did reflexology.
.
I mowed lawn and did gardening prep work and they (Happy Woman and Happy KAThy) joined me to help plant about 1,500 feet of peas, cucumbers (3 kinds), onions (3 kinds),
canteloupe (3), honeydo, I mean honeydew (2), winter squash (4 varieties), hubbard squash (3), watermelon (5), zucchini, yellow crook neck, Connecticut Field Pumpkins, and even a few gigantic pumpkins, (the seeds were as big as quarters, and I planted them about 40 feet apart!)
.
Then Kathy and Chris sprayed the tent caterpillars in the orchard with their final bath of liquid joy dish soap (2 tablespoons to a gallon of water, really knocks them dead).
.
Then the two of them went stalking rhubarb and we sampled living rhubarb, dipped in honey, as an appetizer, before our pasta, salad, etcetera (there was quite a bit of etcetera).
.
Then, several hours of #901 Course Work, before hitting the showers, sharing our mind-healing partner experience with Deb and Paul at P.O.L.,
.
and now,
after sharing with you,
.
a quick peek in the fridge
.
and then off to bed
.
to listen for the owls.
.
p.s.
When can you stop by to sample an Amish Egg Omelette?
.
Could we tempt you with one that simmers with sauteed wild asparagus?
.
joyfully,
Bob and KAThy Thompson

.
Steve and Bob worked on the north side of the house, cutting firewood for next winter, stacking wood, cleaning and clearing the area.
.
Christine and KAThy went to the Amish Bent 'n Dent Store and then to Portage to buy seeds, etc.
.
Steve went to Wisconsin Dells to bless us with alot of "discount pizza,' and Bob made another long fence with steel posts in the lower garden, for climbing veggies, and planted pole beans, then a full row each, of carrots, rutabaga, and turnips. And a row of red radishes.
.
Then to the upper garden to plant a very long row of Charleston Gray Watermelons, and a long row (180 feet?), of buttercup squash with the newly purchased seeds.
.
Followed by three more rows of birdhouse gourds (about a thousand seeds, from last years gourds), around the wooded edge of the gardens as a buffer zone to bribe woodchucks into eating the birdhouse gourd plants, before going any deeper into the gardens (for watermelon plants, etc.).
.
Christine and KAThy worked on a song and music during the evening, for KAThy's ordination ceremony next week Saturday.
.
So Bob listened to the angels.
.
Heavenly voices.
.
Joyous.
.
Playful.
.
Yup, yup, yup!
.
warmly,
Bob and KAThy

.
Christine and Kathy visited Mother Superior (Aunt Eva), to deliver plant gifts from Hermano Felipe (Rev Phil Manke).
.
Then they hightailed it into Portage to shop a bit.
.
Bob planted three 50 foot rows of different kinds of sunflower seeds along Monthey Road, between the pole barn and our mailbox.
.
Then some long rows of Sugar Baby Watermelons and Butternut Squash with the seeds purchased today at Canal Feed and Seeds in Portage.
.
Bob did several plantings of Italian Large Leaf Basil.
.
It was showering intermittently, most of the day, so Bob was a wet duck by the time he came inside.
.
Lots of leftovers, still leftover. Pizza, salad, tomato soup, etc.
.
The past few hours, we have been packing food for our ten days at Pathways of Light in Kiel, Wisconsin, prior to Kathy's Ordination on the 28th.
.
Our clothes are all hung by the door and our bags are packed, so, we are ready to put everything in the car tomorrow morning, and then make our pilgrimage to the "mother house," to join with the other candidates for ordination, facilitators/ministers, guests, and other attendees.
.
Christine will be following us up to POL and then attending the week of final training for candidates, along with three other, already ordained ministers, including myself.
.
We will not be adding any additional entries to this journal until our return near the very end of May.
.
love to you all,
much more later,

Saturday, June 4, 2005 for May 20 to 28.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Bob Thompson is now playing "catch-up," (to where he already is!) on Kathy and Bob's, Daily Journaling, while Kathy is officiating in Pennsylvania for Lisa Stern's daughter's wedding (today). The following are the entries for May 20 to May 28 when we were at Pathways of Light in Kiel, Wisconsin:
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
.
Rev. CHRISTine escorted us on our pilgrimage to the "mother house" in Kiel, continuing the playful escapades of happiness that we had been enjoying and mirroring for each other for the past week.
.
It was a leisurely drive with Kathy and I both looking forward to the culminating week of Kathy's ordination studies. This has been a major focus of our wedded life, time, and work together, for the past five months.
.
As an ordained minister with Pathways, I had the opportunity to take classes a second time with no tuition costs. This I opted to do, as it seemed fitting to finish with Kathy's final week, after the jillion of non-existent hours that we spent working together on substantial portions of her curriculum requirements, that truly, never were.
.
It was great to return to the "nest," where I did so much incubation, and inner work, with these same courses, nine years ago.
.
We unpacked our heavily laden camel, enjoyed some mirrorings with other early arrivals, and beamed at each other, till we all turned into "pumpKINs."

Bob (cont'd)
We met all the candidates for ordination: Robert from Iowa, Anita from New York, Cheryl from California, and five from Wisconsin; Donna Marie, Linda L., Linda W., Betty, and Kathy.
.
The facilitation team consisted of 4 Pathways ministers. These angels are Loretta, Deb, Myron, and Paul.
.
Three "old timers," were there to take the coursework anew, Ruby from New York, Christine from Chicago, and Bob from Bumpity Road.
.
Ruby had driven from New York with Anita for whom she had facilitated the ministerial coursework in New York.
.
Myron flew up from Louisiana to continue her work with two ordinands, and also be present for their ordination ceremony.
.
Likewise Bob (me), with KAThy.
..
Kathy and I are very grateful to Rev.Deb and Rev. Paul for their friendship, continual kindnesses, and willingness to be facillitators for Kathy's ordination courses. Their commitment has made Kathy's ordination possible.
.
During our Saturday evening orientation, Robert and Mary Stoelting made an excellent presentation about the many backup resources that were available to POL ministers, 99+ % of them, gratis, (my figures might be a little low).
.
In addition, Mary and Robert, along with the aforementioned 4 member facilitation team, highlighted the week's activities, and, warmly answered all of our queries.
.
What a group!
.
Seventeen Angels!
.
Wow!

This was the first of four days of experiental training in POL Course 2000: Accessng Inner Wisdom Counsellor Training (taking perceived problems to Inner Wisdom, for a new perspective). The 15 member group work was very, very impressive throughout the four days of Course 2000.
.
And, it was my experience, that the daily-one-on-one paired counselling sessions, always benefited the "counsellor," also.
.
The results of the guided meditations, as scribed by my "counsellor,"and given to me, have provided me with pages of Divinely guided material to ponder, for the rest of my life.

We have bonded as a team of loving truth seekers, assisting others access their own inner wisdom, while simultaneously allowing others to be our mirrors as they assist us in accessing our own Divine Inner Guidance.
.
Playfully, 4 cars took a 20 minute ride to a cheese factory, during our 2 hour lunch break. The cheese prices were reasonable as were the 25 cent ice cream cones. (I spent 6 quarters on icecream, but confess to being slightly handicapped by eating two cheese sandwiches first).
:-)
.
Our picnic table was a hive of activity with 15 spiritual bees buzzing back and forth, while exploring the meaning of "abundance."

Looking at, and sharing our photo results, reminded me of high school class pictures. Robert and Mary did such an outstanding foto session with each of us, that many found it very challenging to select one foto, when so many of them were so good!
.
A major portion of our focus in the spiritual counselling that we are doing together, is to help us change our minds about how we see, or experience the world, and to receive the vision of our own true Self, from our own Inner Dvine Guidance.
.
To participate with these angels in such a mind changing experience, is truly awesome.
.
I know, that none of us, will ever be the same.
.
Our spiritual wings have grown.
.
And so has our ability to Divinely Fly.

All of these wondrous adventures we are currently having with our group of angels, are happening, because each of us truly believes, that as we are ready and willing, we will be helped to see a new way of thinking.
.
Can you imagine being with such mindfulness day after day?
.
It is as if seventeen souls soured into an eternal now to learn from each other's mirrorings , about who we really are.
.
And what happens when 17 souls come together, open to the guidance of Holy Spirit?
.
The words don't exist.
.
Perhaps......
.....it is like 17 candles merging with, melting into, and becoming, The Sun.

Today was spent doing the in-person portions of Courses 1001 and 1002, Course Facilitator Training, Parts I and II.
.............................
It was a relatively peaceful and quiet group, considering. Considering all the joyful hilarity we manifested last night!
.
Most of us were up later than usual last night (Thursday), due to an impromptu song fest, that was highlighted by a spontaneous mini-concert by guitar, accompanied by Deb.
.
And dancing.
And singing lots of songs together.
Even songs we didn't know.
And laughter.
Lots of laughter.
Loud and long.
.
And then in our (Friday) evening ordination rehearsal, our humor ran rampant again, as with the multi-colored crown of twinkling lights that the ordinands "played with" during rehearsal.
.
"...and unless ye become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven."
.
One thing last night (Thursday), and tonight (Friday), proved........... Guaranteed.
We Are Already There!

.
I spent the morning attending an advisory council meeting, and then joined the others for the 2 p.m. ordination ceremony. . Kathy's guests included her dad, who made a two day driving trip from Indiana, with long time family friend, Louise (92).
.
Also Don Spencer and Mary Albert from the Dream Interpretation Group.
.
And our dear friend Dana.
.
And the ordination ceremony?
.
Words fail me.
.
I suggest you see the filming of the ceremony.
.
Each newly ordained minister will be geting a copy of the filming of the entire ordination ceremony.
.
The words of the new ministers are well worth hearing.
......................
Ten Star Chef, David W.. and his culinary staff prepared a most exceptional barbecue of pork, beef, and chicken breasts, along with mango and watermelon fruit salad, char-broiled eggplant, sumptous sweet corn on the cob, etc.
.
And there was an ordination cake!
....................................................
It was a wonderful week of continual sharing, exploration into Self, and, of listening.
.
Because.........
"The less we speak, the more we hear,
Jesus whispering in, our inner ear."

Three of us were up at 5 a.m. to say goodbye to Ruby and Anita.
Then, most of us attended the 10 a.m. service, which very much reminds me of a Quaker Meeting, where no one speaks unless they are guided to by their Inner Voice.
During the afternoon, we leisurely packed our camel, cleaned and vacuumed our room, and then said our final goodbyes.
The ride home was very relaxing and Kathy and I both felt that we had accomplished a major goal in meeting all her ordination requirements.

We started upacking bags and Kathy was doing laundry while I planted in the far gardens.
Kathy came out to join me and helped plant several long rows of watermelon seeds.
I then continued working in the lower garden till nearly dark.
When I came in the house, I was really beat, and continually raved about the delicious salad Kathy made with our own red and yellow "green onions," spinach, pink and red radishes, and wild, roadside asparagus.
We also enjoyed asparagus omelets for breakfast.

Kathy was packing for her trip to Pennsylvania, while I continued planting and cultivating the various gardens.
I tuckered myself out a bit, but felt that I was working in a very mindful, relaxed way.
My motto is "Go Slow," and take frequent breaks as needed.
Again, we dallied over another fabulous home grown salad, while I lavished praise on the Salad Magician, Chef Katarina.
Again, early to bed, tired, but with a strong sense of accomplishment.
And this, now finishes up all our journaling, for the month of May.
Our love to you all,
Bob and Kathy Thompson
