MAY 2007

May 1, 2007
.
A busy day of everyONE talking about the profound experience which they had, in sharing the wedding.
.
Kathy shared an Accessing Inner Wisdom Counseling with Sylvia. It was very beautiful, and expressive for both of us, to share ideas that are in our hearts.
.
Sylvia and Kathy sang the song: "I've Got the Joy, Joy, Joy, Joy down in my Heart."
It has a very Freeing way of Opening ones heart, to sing the Praises of God.
.
Thank you Sylvia for expressing your willingness and love of singing. Kathy and Sylvia were bouncing, dancing, singing, and laughing all around the house.
.
Sean and Bob have prepared well in advance for next winter, by taking all wood, from 3 different outside woodpiles (on the haywagon and tractor), to the steel barn to keep it dry, filling one corner of the pole barn, completely.

.
EveryONE got up early, to get ready for their road trips.
.
Bob and Kathy told George that he could ride to Madison with them, to board a bus, to return to Yuma, AZ.
.
Bob and KAT went to Madison for Bob to have a visit with his doctor, at the VA hospital.
.
Sylvia and Sean were going to leave for Massachusetts.
.
We ate breakfast together, and shared hugs and kisses, before hitting the road.
.
Bob, Kathy, and George got to the Greyhound station early, so George was there before needing to be, in order to catch his bus to Yuma, Arizona.
.
Kathy and Bob went to the VA hospital, and met with Dr. S., to talk with him about the fasting that Bob has done. He was glad to see that Bob had lost the weight, and made other suggestions, that are helpful. It is always a treat to see him, because he is so honest and nice.
.
We stopped by Paul and Deb's and put together some more copies of Two Wolves, to share with friends and family. Deb had printed those for us, on the Xerox printer there.
.
We returned home, and rested.
.
Faith got back to Bumpity Road, after spending a few days Veroquia. We talked with her, which was very helpful.
.
We have had plenty of rain, the wettest spring in three years, by far, and thus expected an exceptional mosquito crop, but we have been blessed with such very brisk winds, almost daily, that the mosquito flights have been grounded, because of these heavy winds.   :-)

.
Thursday, May 3, 2007
.
Kathy got up early to go into Portage, to run a few errands.
.
When Kathy returned, Faith was up, and we talked about a few things.
.
Bob came down, and we all rejoiced together, about the splendor of freely BEing who we are.
.
Kathy showed Faith the wedding pictures from Sean and Sylvia's ring celebration, which Faith was our grand photographer for. They are very beautiful, thank you Faith.
.
Thank you for another beautiful day, at Bumpity Road.
.
Bob had a first time experience seeing a Pileated Woodpecker. At first he thought it was a crow flying to a tree, but when it landed on the side of the trunk, its profile identified it. Kind of looks like a petradactyl, a prehistoric flying lizard.
--------------------------------------
.
Friday, May 4 through Saturday, May 5, 2007
.
Kathy and Faith cleaned most of the bedrooms of Bumpity Road, including the Sunset Room by putting sheets on the beds, vacuuming and dusting.
.
This is to ready the house for Daybree and Kate, to arrive from Florida.
.
Then, we came into the kitchen, bathroom, and Sunrise Rooms, to clean them, before going to bed, at around midnight.
.
Kathy greatly appreciates sharing the cleaning with Faith, because she is so willing to serve, in whatever way is helpful.
. .
Saturday morning, Bob and KAThy went on their way to Madison, to a birthday party for a friend.
.
On the way there, Daybree called, to say that they were just passing Madison, WI.
.
We went to the party location, to find out that we had come three weeks early.
.
So, we came on back to Portage, and went to the Festival of Flowers, downtown.
.
Then, we came home to Bumpity Road.
.
Daybree and Kate were at the door as we came in, so we welcomed them with our greeting songs.
.
It was great to JOY'n with them.
.
The outside feral cats have all fallen in love with Kate, and are acting quite domesticated around her.
.
We have been putting dry cat food on 15 to 20 of the sitting stumps around the bonfire pit, so all of the six female cats have developed into rather consistent "stump sitters."
-------------------------------------
.
Sunday, May 6, 2007
.
Kathy, Bob, Daybree and Faith came together to share the meditation service.
.
It was a very power filled and moving service.
.
The open and willing spirit of everyONE to share what was in their hearts, was very moving.
.
Thank you Holy Spirit.
.
Kate came in and JOY'ned with us to embrace the Love, which is the spark of innocence, that shines through all.
.
We continued seeing the simple pleasures of living the country life.
.
EveryONE appreciated watching the birds, talking with the cats and each other, and having fun.
.
Kate, Daybree, and Kathy had fun playing The Abounding River.
.
We laughed and laughed and laughed, even when we didn't draw the laughter cards. This game helps one see how nothing really matters unless you give it power.
.
Thank you God, for this blessing of laughter.
.
Bob has completed major prep work in all the gardens, tilling and weeding all nine of the garden areas, (except Kathy's herb garden, which is mulched with about 10 inches of wood chips, thus requiring very little weeding, or watering).
.

Monday, May 7, 2007
.
It is a beautiful day at Bumpity Road, to plant seed.
.
Bob got out early, readying the fields, to lay seeds.
.
Kathy told him that she'd come out to help, and so did Kate and Daybree.
.
Daybree and Kate planted onions.
.
Kathy planted zucchini.
.
Bob told us that he didn't need anymore help.
.
So, we came in, and watched the willing farmer Bob do many things to ready Bumpity Road, for another full season of growing fresh and delicious deLIGHTS!
.
Daybree, Kate, and Kathy went out to shop at the Amish stores. This included Mishler's General store, the Cheese Shop, and to get fresh, farm raised eggs.
.
We enJOY'ed several meals, and resting in the simplicity of BEing NOW. It was great!
.
Bob came in, at dark. He had just come in from working in the fields, and went back out to light up the fire, in the pit by the patio, for everyONE to enJOY the outside fire. Thank you, Angel!
.
The fire was great, and Kate, Daybree, and Kathy enjoyed it very much.

Tuesday, May 8, 2007
.
KAThy, Daybree, and Kate went to run errands, including going over to a friends house, to help her with some things. She has a large lilac tree there, that we picked some blossoms from, because they are so beautiful, a fantastic purple!
.
We came in and watched birds back at Bumpity Road, and enjoyed the joy of JOY'ning in Love, with family. Thank you Angels!
.

.
Wednesday, May 9, 2007
.
We got up early, to thank Kate and Daybree for coming to be with us for a few days.
.
They were ready to get in their buggy, and rolled down the Bumpity Road, at 7 am, to head back to Florida.
.
Bob and Kathy went outside to rake leaves, and clear grass. It is a way that is symbolic of clearing the mind, to look at what is the most helpful thing to focus on, in one's life.
.
Bob and Kathy shared about the experience of BEing with everyONE in community, and how grateful we are for that blessing!
.
-------------------------------------
Thursday, May 10, 2007
.
Kathy talked with Sylvia and Sean, to share courses from Pathways of Light.
.
It was a power filled experience, and helped all feel the embrace of Love!

Bob worked outside, and Kathy joined him later. Thank you Bob, for BEing hard at work.
.
We rested, and enJOYed the wonder of BEing still, and thanking Holy Spirit for that!
.

.
Friday, May 11, 2007

Faith and Kathy got the bedrooms in the back hall ready for the angels from Libertyville, IL. to come and stay overnight.
.
Faith is so helpful and willing to prepare for visitors. It is ONEdful to interact with her.
Bob worked outside, doing many helpful things.
.
Kathy and Faith went out to help him, by planting herbs and other things, that are going to help fantastically for feeding the many visitors at Bumpity Road.
.

.
Laurie arrived from Kiel, WI to visit.
.
We ate lunch together, which was delicious!
.
Bob and Kathy got ready, and went to Becky and Jon's wedding at the Lutheran Church.
.
It was a beautiful wedding, and the reception afterwards, was a marvelous time, to talk with everyone.
.
They included a kissing blessing, which Edna and Gary were asked to participate in. They shared a loving expression!
.
Then, Bob and Kathy, Gary, Edna, Blake, Lucas, Kierstin, and Sophia came back to Bumpity Road.
.
Sister Rita arrived, to visit for a while, and Laurie returned home too.
.
It was a fantastic opportunity to see everyONE laugh, and have lots of fun!
.
We rolled up the Bumpity carpet, by visiting with Rita and Marshall into the wee hours of the night. Thank you dear owls, for hooting the night away with us.
.

Kathy and Bob welcomed the day, to come down and share with Faith and Laurie, for breakfast.
.
Lucas, Kierstin, and Sophia JOY'ned with us, to enjoy BEing home, at Bumpity Road!
.
Then, we were ready to start the meditation service, when Edna and Gary came into the kitchen. Laurie, Bob and Kathy talked with Gary and Edna, about miraculous experiences that we've all had, and it was very moving.
.
Laurie talked about a near life experience, and Edna and Gary expressed about their blessing of having Kayla, who was an angel, who is Lucas' twin, and lived until she was one year old. She touched all of the hearts of everyONE in the family, very powerfully.
.
This was our service, and showed Holy Spirit's guidance, very proufoundly!
.
Laurie packed up, and so did Gary, Edna, and the angels to carry everyONE home!
.
Kathy went with Edna, Gary, Blake, Lucas, Kierstin, and Sophia to shop at one greenhouse, run by the Amish. They enJOYed this experience, of it being an open market. Then, we went to Link's Greenhouse, and Edna and Blake really appreciated their large selection of fresh plants of flowers and veggies.
.
Then, the angels went on their way home. Thank you Holy Spirit, for their visit.
.

.
We got up, and it was a rainy day.
.
While eating, Faith came in to talk with us, about her experiences.
.
Kathy volunteered to have an Accessing Inner Wisdom counseling session with Faith, and she accepted.
.
We let Holy Spirit guide this experience, and many miraculous insights came through.
.
When we came downstairs, Bob was here to welcome us. Bob had been out, and planted over 50,000 square feet of watermelon and squash today, in the far gardens. This included six varieties of winter squash.
.
Wow, Bobbity, you really played in that big sandbox today. Thank you, so much!
.
And sometimes, little Bobby takes one of his two tractors out to play in the various sandboxes. :-)
------------------------------------
.
Wednesday, May 16, 2007
.
Kathy talked with Sean and Sylvia, to share some Pathways of Light lessons, and it was definitely a backdrop for JOY'ning in Love, once again!
.
Bob was out playing and playing again, and again, in the sandbox, on the roaming tractor, with the veggie charms!
.
Faith was cleaning the windows, and scrubbing the kitchen floor, on her hands and knees. Thank you Faith, for BEing so helpful!
.
We are gratefully appreciative!
.
Bluebirds have selected a nesting box alongside the driveway near the house, and wrens have moved into one of the birdhouse gourds hanging near the east patio.

.
Thursday, May 17, 2007
.
Bob and KAThy went into town, for Bob to play cards with the Thompson card slingers of Mom Helen, sister Rose, and brother Ronnie.

.
We came back to Bumpity Road, where Kathy and Faith cleaned all around the house, upon our return.
.
A most enjoyable time with the card-slingers, shooting it out with mom, sister Rose and Brother Ron.
.
Lots of laughs, with each of the card-slingers laughing a lot, at each others humorous ad libs. :-)

.
Leroi arrived, and he, Kathy and Faith went to Mishler's General Store, to get some delicious treats and goodies!
Thank you for all of the delicious delights that they have available!
.
When we came back to Bumpity Road, Bob was very busy plowing and planting in the gardens.
.
Upon our return, Leroi helped him plant some more squash in our new garden area, by the house.
.
Kathy and Faith went out and helped plant some more tomatoes and fresh blessings, in garden four.
.
We came in and ate, then came together to share the Dream Interpretation Group.
It was a restful sharing, in which everyONE felt comfortable, and at home.
.
Kathy made a Rhubarb treat, to have it ready to eat. It is mmmm, mmm, good!
.
On Saturday morning, everyONE appreciated the Rhubarb tasty delight, and as Leroi and Faith were clearing out their rooms, there came a call from Mom Helen.
.
Helen said that she was ready to come out this afternoon, to visit and watch the birds.
.
Bob went in and picked her and Aunt Eva up, and they came out. Soon after they arrived, the card table was up, and they were playing three handed Sheepshead games.
.
Kathy rested and washed dishes, and visited with them, while they were playing.
.
Everyone ate a little meal, and we took the angel card ladies back to their home nests.
.
On Sunday, we had a relaxing morning, to share the meditation service. It was blessing to share this JOY, and embrace the peace in it.
.
Kathy joined with friends from Pathways of Light, to talk about things that are happening with all of the fabulous programs there, and it was very powerful.
.
While this happened, Jim H. arrived to share the day with us. It is always so good to see him!
.
We enJOYed a festive meal in the kitchen with Jim, then visited for most of the day.
.
Then, we moved into the Sunrise Room to look out at the wonders going on, which include the cats, and the resident raccoon. He is the one who has been visiting just about every night, to feast on the sunflower seeds.
.
The raccoon on the outside, watching us on the inside, made us feel as if the raccoon was visiting the zoo, and watching us two legged animals, who were grinning back from inside our cage. :-)
-----------------------------
.
Monday, May 21, 2007
.
It is a beautiful day at Bumpity Road, to share with Jim H. about many ideas.
.
Bob took Jim on the grand garden tour, and Jim laughingly kept asking Bob about where he has decided to cut down on the garden space. Bob answered, saying that he loves playing in his sandbox, and explaining the idea of how he has set the garden up, for our miracle gardening.
.
Then, we made a car caravan to go to Portage, and meet at Pizza Hut, to have lunch with Jim.
.
We loaded up the wagons, and rolled into the grand buffet at Pizza Hut.

Kathy went to the Dent 'N Bent store, to find some delight filled treasures, to share with the angels at Bumpity.
.
Jim and Bob went over to Mom Helen's, to play cards with Eva and Helen.
.
Kathy headed back to Bumpity Road. She enjoyed an afternoon to relax and embrace the stillness of living in the country.
.
Kathy talked with Herb, and shared some fabulous laughter, and see that none of the seeming daily concerns mean anything. It was blessed to share in this way, and look at the true meaning of joining with everyONE.
.
Bob came on back home, and we talked and shared about the miracles of the day.
.
Bob and Kathy called a few friends and family. This included Vance H. in Arizona, Phil and Mary M. in WI., and Mama Newell (Kathy's mom) in KY. We left messages for some more too.

.
Kathy went to the Master Gardener's meeting, at Link's Greenhouse, where we helped and made suggestions to 4-H'ers about planting various combinations.
.
Kathy visited with Master Gardener's about our idea to donate foods to the Portage Food Pantry, and inviting anyone to volunteer to do this.
.
Kathy also talked with the Master Gardener friends about going on the trip to visit Gerry Keuler's farm on June 30th.
.
She found some more fresh plants to put into the Bumpity Acres, for blessed tasting and growth.
.
Thank you God, for all of these blessings. Bob stayed at Bumpity Road, working steadily in the gardens. He is such an enthusiastic and inspiring guide to gardening with zest and joy, in the giant sandbox.
.
Kathy came out and helped a bit in the gardens, upon returning back home. It is fun and inspiring to do this, when it is not so hot.
.
We picked a few of the fabulous radishes, to add to the veggie treats, for dinner.
.
We are verrrrrrrrrrry grateful!
.
Bob made a batch of venision stew, to eat soon. Then, he had a sample, to cap the day off.
--------------------------------------
.
Wednesday, May 23, 2007
.
It's another fabulous day, to do the gardening outside.
.
Bob went out fairly early, to plow and plant. Thank you Angel!
.
Picture an angel driving a tractor, hoeing ground, planting, and watering seeds, which become plants. These plants grow, and grow, and grow. That is where you see Bumpity Bob, the Angel of the Gardens. Thank you, sweet angel!
.
Kathy was doing things inside the house.
.
When Bob came in to rest, we had lunch, and called our local Agriculture agent about putting a message online about donating food to the local food pantry.
Randy Z. wholesomely agreed, to do that. Thank you.
.
Kathy JOY'ned in with Bob, to do gardening, and it was a lot of fun.
.
KAT picked some Dandelion and Nettle plants, because they are fabulous to make sun, and fresh, natural teas and treats. Then, Kathy weeded radishes with one hand, and picked with the other. We have lots and lots of big juicy radishes. Come to Bumpity, if you'd like some, there are a plenty!
.
Bob kept plowing and cultivating everything else. He is a very consistent and dedicated partner. Thank you soooooo much, sweet angel.
.
Kathy heard the song with the chorus of: "What you see, is what you get!" This goes right along with how she and Bob live, and JOY'n with everyONE. They feel that all those who they share with are mirrors or windows to look through, to see what they are experiencing. These mirrors show them about how they're expressing life, right here and now.
.
Thank you so much, for twinkling your lights!
.
----------------------------------
.
Thursday, May 24 through Sunday, May 27, 2007
.
The Bumpity Gardening crusaders are at it again, planting, weeding, fertilizing, and watering row after row of fresh veggie de-LIGHTS.
.
Denise and Craig came over to talk about their wedding, and decided for us to be the facilitators of that blessed occasion.
.
The sharing with them was fantastic and fun, as they talked with us about their wedding, and what guided them to get married.
.
They found us online, on a website that we'd never heard of, so thank you internet angels.
.
On Saturday, we loaded up the Bumpity buggy, and headed to Madison for a day of festivities.
.
Our dear friend, Rita C. is celebrating her 60th birthday today, and has openly invited many people to come together with her today.
.
She invited Bob and Kathy to say a prayer to open this coming together of everyONE, and we did. It was such an honor to do this, as Rita has graciously come to Bumpity Rd. a few times and always offers to be so helpful, when she is here.
.
Then, we went over to the home of our travel club hosts for the evening, Dean and Esther. Esther was there, and showed us our room, and we stayed there to visit with her a while.
.
The Spiritual Cinema angels guided us over to JOY'n with Paul, Deb, Autumn, and other friends to see the movie "Illusions."
.
It is a powerful movie, that tells a story, in Kirk Douglas plays the roll of experiencing, being shown about how he dealt with a relationship in his life. Through the guidance of an angel, KIrk was given a power filled way to handle it, by changing the way that he dealt with speaking to a son that he had only been with in the early years of the son's life. It was very touching and beautiful, to see and embrace this call for love.
.
We went back over to stay with Dean and Esther for the night. When we arrived at their house, they were ready for us to join with them. It was delightful to visit with them.
.
We got up early the next morning, and enjoyed eating a delicious breakfast with Esther and Dean.
.
Then, we went to the Holy Wisdom Monastery for their morning service. When we entered, we saw our dear friend, Barb V., and talked with her.
.
The service was very inspiring, as they have an ecumenical community, in which they invite and encourage people to JOY'n with One Another, in sharing a family of the union of Love.
.
After the service ended, we went downstairs, and shared in their fellowship hour with our friend, Don, and many others, which was very welcoming.
.
We were the last one's to leave, while talking with Mary A. and Barb V. They are both miraculous angels, who have touched our lives very fabulously.
.
We guided the wagon to Bumpity Road. It was a restful and quiet ride, to feel the gratitude of a full day, in which we came together with so many.
.
It is always great to return home, after BEing embraced in so many fantastic encounters with lots of glowing angel eyes.
.
When we came home, we bird watched for a while, and laughed the afternoon away. It was so fun to do this, and BE in the comfort of home.
.
Then, Kathy and Bob decided to watch the fantastic movie: Songcatcher. It is a very inspirational movie, which we suggest for you to see, especially if you love the harmony and power of coming together, through music.
.
We want to say thank you, for embracing us in Love, with so many Angels, Now.
.

.
Kathy stayed home, and enjoyed the opportunity to be in the simple life, in the country.
.
Bob came home, and we finished the venison and fresh fruits for dinner.

On their trip, they have stayed with a lot of travel club friends. They say that many of the members have gotten to be very good friends of theirs.
.
We went to dinner at the Hitching Post Restaurant, in Portage with Tom and Katie.
.
Then, took them on a tour of the Portage area, which included a walk along the river, which was quite beautiful. There were people out walking their dogs, swimming, and enJOYing themselves in the summer sun.

.
Kathy cut some fresh chives out of the Bumpity Road garden.
.
Chef Roberto was at work, making another batch of asparagus and chive omelets, with a hint of fresh mint and parsley, plus cheddar cheese. Mmmmmm, mmmm, again the chef has made a delicious breakfast.
.
We added toast, juices, and a fabulous conversation, filled with fun insights, songs, and inspirations for everyone.
.
Bob took Tom and Katie on a tour of the gardens, which they were surprised to see.
.
Then, Katie and Tom left, to go to the circus in Baraboo, WI. today.
.
Bob went to rest, and while Kathy was cleaning, we got a call from another travel club member, asking if they can stay here tonight. We said yes, so they are en route to Bumpity Road now.
.
Kathy talked with Sylvia M., to share a Pathways of Light lesson, and that was fantastic!
.
Bob went outside, to garden, and enJOY the sunny weather.
.
Thank you God, for all of the blessings.
.
Our evening Travel Club guests, Joe and Lou, from St. Augustine, FL. arrived.
.
We really had fun visiting with them also, while sharing a lot of laughter. It was great to be embraced in the charm of southern grace again.
.
We went to the Hitching Post Restaurant, for another delicious dinner, with Lou and Joe. It is always such a pleasure to meet and get to know the guests and friends better and better.
.
Then, we headed back to Bumpity Road, to visit and enJOY each other's company even more.
