Popular Long Time Exhibitor Alice Jaeger-Ashland

American Society of Artists is pleased to announce that long-time popular exhibitor in the show Alice Jaeger-Ashland will return to the show. She is celebrating the sale of her 10,000 piece of original work. This very popular exhibitor will tell you that Art has ben her passion all her life. She studied art in local colleges in St. Louis. Upon discovering printmaking in 1981 she knew she had found her niche and has been working full time with the Printmaking process of hand-pulled Japanese style relief block printing since 1988 doing shows and exhibiting around the country. Each year she brings new and exciting work to shows - one reason you usually find her booth crowded with show visitors who can't wait to see what new works she has brought to the show. From her original drawings she carves images into cherry wood and battleship linoleum. She then hand-pulls the prints on natural fiber and acid free papers with permanent black printing inks. We knew she spends much time on her framing process making sure each exquisite artwork is showcased properly. You won't want to miss the opportunity to see this wonderful artists whose work is found in 50 states and 17 foreign countries. She has won numerous awards as well as Best of Show Awards. We are very happy to have one of our most valued members return to the show and know you will appreciate the opportunity to see her new work.
