DISCUSS CLOSE ENCOUNTERS WHILE DINING AT THE NY UFO MEETUP GROUP

Since September 2007 an on-line, non-commercial "NY UFO MEETUP GROUP" based in Brooklyn and founded by close encounter witness advocate JOSEPH CAPP, a retired computer business consultant has had his own blog spot "UFO Media Matters" [see links list above] has been holding regular meetings. The group has about 80 to 100 on-line members and may soon begin its own investigations. It holds regular monthly meetings at a popular diner in mid-town Manhattan. Members have made group trips to Pine Bush, "UFO Capital of the Northeast."

The Capp Meetup Group reminds local experiencers of the Moonstruck Group that began meeting in a city diner in the late 1990s. The S.P.A.C.E. Group, since 1992, conducts support exploration gatherings in private settings to protect witnesses identities, as did the Hopkins support group meetings.

"People with a strong background and interest in ufology should join this group," said Marcy Gordon of NYC in a meetup post on April 12, 2010. She has been involved with S.P.A.C.E. and appeared on local TV cable and videos on the UFO subject. "GIVE UFO WITNESSES RESPECT, SAYS BROOKLYN RETIREE" -- NYC UFO MEETUP GROUP GETS CITY NEWS COVERAGE

There is also a link below to an article in the Brooklyn Daily Eagle newspaper of 4/1/11 about Capp and his group: "Give UFO Witnesses Respect, Says Brooklyn Retiree" by staff reporter Harold Egeln, the "CEN-NYC" web producer and S.P.A.C.E. Group founder/faciliator, and close encounter experiencer. It appeared in the daily on online from the April 1st paper in print, to the apparent dismay of local ufologists. Within two weeks after the Brooklyn Eagle's feature article, The Brooklyn Paper, a weekly. ran an article on 4/15/11 by Gary Buiso headlined "The Truth is Out There - Sheepshead Bay Man Starts UFO Hotline," meeting local ufologists' approval.

UFO ROUNDTABLE MONTHLY IN YONKERS

S.P.A.C.E. NEWSLETTERS PUBLISHED CONTINUOUSLY FOR 19 YEARS. "S.P.A.C.E. CONTACT NEWS" is now the latest newsletter venue.

S.P.A.C.E. NEWSLETTERS have been published without a break in NYC since March 1992. Monthly print newsletters were published throughout most of the 1990s, and then became quarterly prints until mid-2001, for a total of 73 issues.

Since November 22, 1999 S.P.A.C.E. E-Newsletters have been continuously published on-line. This "CEN-NYC" E-Newsletter is the successor to three previous e-newsletters, which are archived on the three links below, chock-full with many articles and much information.
