I know my Father, and my Father
knows me.
He knows my weaknesses, and my
falling downs.
He knows my heart and soul.
He knows how much I can bare,
when I turn to him in prayer.
Take This Cup from me, Lord,
for it filleth over and my eyes
cannot cry any more.
Lift me up Lord so I may see all
you see.
Grant me this day to be with you.
Fill me with your love so I can go
on.
Through test and trials, making me
strong.
Send me an Angel, to help when
I stumble and fall.
Take This Cup from me Lord,
your the Master of all.
You are my light that guides me
each day.
Showing me which road I must
take.
When my day comes, and I am
summoned by You.
By your side I will sit.
Until that day Lord, let your will
be done in my life.
Together we will walk in harmony,
for all the world to see.
