Boy's just wanna have fun, girl's are the furthest from there minds. They wanna play cowboy's and indian's. Not have girl's chasing them around. They want to be free, playing baseball, football, soccer and such. They don't need girl's in any of these. Boy's just wanna have fun not belong to anyone. There not ready you see. Boy's have alot to do, and one thing for sure, there playing don't include you. They don't want to hear turn off the TV. Pay attention to me. They go off to play pool with the guys have a few beers. Don't want to hear, dear, that was one to many, what were you trying to do? The car needs to go to the garage, the oil change is due. Garbage needs taking out, leaves need raking. Lawn needs mowing, the mortage is due. You forgot our anniversary, no flowers from you. Where did all your allowance go I gave you. Boy's wanna live and enjoy life too. Boy's wanna have fun, and fun is what they do. There first car is falling apart, they play fixing it, as in the yard it rots. Next is a truck they can go mudding in. Well they tire of that and go shopping for a dirt bike. Needless to say that lasted one day. Boy's wanna have fun not all these responsibilities. Don't wanna be your Daddy, or your go-for this and that. They have lots of time on there hands and are bored most the day. Seems there Tonka Toys take there blues away. Then boy's grow up and become men and notice girl's are still chasing them. All of a sudden a siren goes off, the lights turn on, and the gears shift in. He notices a girl with her eye's on him. The rest becomes history, as she moves on in. She captures his heart, and a new life begins. written by: Paula aka Angel Of Love April 15, 2003 |
