Drifting through life, waiting for
The Perfect Love, comes once
in a lifetime.
It begins by being friends, sharing
your inner most thoughts and feelings.
The little secrets that you share
with a friend.
This is how it begins, together as friends.
You called to say hello, what
are you doing tomorrow?
They went on to talk about the
day, sharing its ups and downs.
"I have no plans for tomorrow", I'd
say.
Just going to be hanging around.
"And you, what plans do you have?",
I would ask.
He would answer,"hangin out with
you".
I can't think of a better way, to say
I like you.
She cuts her hair, he says it's fine.
She lets him know where she is
all the time.
He lets her know where he will be
she says,"be careful, be safe,",
hidden in these words the meaning
is....come back to me.
They both are opinionated, at times
see things different.
But in the end they both agree.
By learning from each other how
it can be.
The Perfect Love you see, comes
in time, by knowing each other,
and the feelings they feel.
They touch each other's heart
in meaningful ways.
They started as friends, sharing
there dreams.
The bad times were good, for
they had each other.
The good times were great as
they encouraged one another.
As each day passed the closer
they became.
Being with each other day to day.
Reaching out as if to say, I Love
You in so many ways.
