~HAPPY FATHERS DAY DAD FROM YOUR SON~ Plain and simple, oh how true. Boys seem to have a different relationship with their Dads. Do they understand what they truly do have. Dad is at the hospital pacing the floor, wondering if the baby will be a girl or a boy. Dads don't mind either will do. Dads sure love little girls too. Dad hears he has a son, hes proud as can be. Gosh my son looks like me. His son is given a traditional name, followed by Jr. at the end. Dad has tears in his eyes, picks up his baby boy, and says, "I Love You Son" we will always be friends. A son remembers broken toys,"Daddy, can you fix it, for your little boy? Together they set up train tracks to run a choo choo train. They play cars and trucks, with tonka toys. Like little boys they for hours making lots of noise. "Daddy my bicycle has a flat tire, will you fix it for me so I can go ride?" A day spent with Dad there's so much to, do. Dad looks at you and says,"I need a hug from you." You go for a walk, he holds onto your hand. You look up way up, he's such a tall man. "Daddy, will I grow up so I can see, what is in front of me?" He lifts you to his shoulders and says,"now your taller than me." He teaches you all the things a boy should know. Takes you everywhere he goes. What a wonderful bond between a Dad and his son. When you fall and hurt your knee, he picks you up in his arms and says,"let me see". Tears are running down your eyes, your face is streaked with dirt. He smiles at you and says, "my son I would be crying too." He gives you a hug and says everything will be all right. You see son, this is ok for men to do". Your sitting on daddys knee, he bounces you, tosses you around. Your laughing hard and saying daddy stop it. Daddy? "Yes son". I need to tell you something. "What might that be son.? Daddy when I grow up I want to be just like you. Daddy? "Yes son". Your my hero and Daddy, I Love You. Son? "Yes daddy". I Love You Too.
