(SOLTEC)........... outlining the seeding of crystals into the Earth....I found Ashtar's mention of the creation of a crystal grid about the planet through the planting of physical crystals and symbols, as an ACC activity! How marvelous . . ..
Several emails with Cmdr. Andras later, we have decided to jointly initiate this new project......(this was a few years ago & did manifest for awhile!))
