I am a responsible spiritual being, aware of my role in the expansion of my consciousness.

When I hold on to resentment, no matter how small, I block only myself from experiencing joy.

Through forgiveness, I clear away those blocks and am lifted to new understandings. As I do my best to love when it is most difficult, I strengthen the quality of my heart.
