Captain Roy E. McCoy(ret), Bernard Howlett and Mrs. Louise McCoy |
| I am presenting Capt. McCoy with a USS Carronade T-shirt and a scrapbook with the downloads from this webpage, which I am handing to Mrs Louise McCoy. This photo was taken on Sept. 18, 2004 at North Island Naval Amphibious Base at CISM Field on the site of the Navy/Coast Guard Vietnam Memorial. There is a PBR, a Swift boat and a Combat Command boat representing the Riverine forces just off-camera to the right. In addition, there are plaques on the CCB-18 honoring the US Army's 9th Infantry personnel who served as part the Riverine Force. |

Two Captains and a Lady |
| Captain Roy E. McCoy (USS Carronade IFS1) and Captain Al Dillion (USS Washtenaw County LST1166) flank Mrs Louise McCoy at CISM Field, NAB, North Island. Capt's McCoy and Dillion held their respective commands in 1966-67. |
