AMET, Amy and Janet, are FSU Graduates and the Owners and Trainers with over 50 years of Hunter/Jumper Experience. Cavallo Farms began Operations in 1993 at a Wakulla Farm and as they grew in number-of-riders they moved first to a Centerville Road Farm and then a Meridian Road Farm. In September'01 they purchased the current location property, designed and contracted the clearing and construction of the buildings.
