WE DIE YOUNG

It is the story of CHUCK DANIELS and RACHEL STEVENSON, one is a small time drug dealer, the other a female police officer, who are beginning to fall in love with each other.

All of RACHEL'S adult life, she has struggled with one problem; finding a man who wasn't scared away from dating her by the fact that she was a police officer. When she seemingly finds this "perfect" man, there seems to be something that he is hiding from her. To make matters worse, RACHEL'S partner, DARYL GRAHAM, asks her out, just before RACHEL meets CHUCK. Not wanting to date a fellow police officer, RACHEL turns DARYL down. DARYL becomes instantly jealous of CHUCK, a man whom RACHEL goes out with after a couple of chance meetings. As a jealous and spurned police officer, DARYL begins to follow CHUCK, eventually exposing CHUCK'S secret to RACHEL.

At this same time, CHUCK has problems of his own. He is on the verge of going to war with a rival drug dealer.

This is made possible because of a man named, TROY MOORE. TROY'S brother dies from a drug overdose. TROY uses his brothers death as a reason to try and remove all the drug dealers from the streets. TROY has the right idea, but his methods are all wrong. His goal is to kill all the drug dealers, as revenge for his brothers death.

One of the street dealers that TROY kills, is the younger brother of CHUCK'S chief rival, a woman named LISA HARRIS. After realizing what he has started, TROY decides to target only LISA'S guys, beginning what will ultimately end in a war between CHUCK and LISA. (116 pages)

FOR THOSE WHO DARE

An action/adventure film with a slightly political subtext.

In the year 2125, there is an underground city.

The city is lawless and a haven for violence. The city started out as a prison colony some one hundred and twenty years ago. None of the citizenry are allowed to get out. The citizens of the city, however are given a way to "escape" to the real world. This opportunity is known as "The Challenge". It is a one day event that takes place in a mountainous cavern, wherein there are many traps, and other obstacles, in the way, designed to make it extremely difficult for anyone to survive.

Every year, the above ground world offers a few very brave people a chance to take the "Challenge", to fight, and more than likely, die, for their chance at "freedom". Few people attempt it, and even fewer succeed.

The screenplay is the story of this years group of challengers:

KANE, the last in a line of successful challengers. MELIAH, the underground cities resident strong man, and an odds on favorite, along with KANE, to succeed. STILETTO, the only female of this years challengers. And LYRICS, probably the smartest man in the underground city, and the one person no one believes has the slightest chance to succeed.

The story takes place the days leading up to and including "The Challenge". (102 pages)

LIFETIMES

DANIEL JAMISON is a seemingly unstoppable killer, murdering newlywed's. LESLIE KELLEY is the woman who is hot on his trail, and knows the reason behind DANIEL'S killing spree. She is also the only person who can stop him.

DANIEL, if he is to be caught, would prefer to be caught by the police, who will only send him to jail. He knows that he can out live LESLIE, if she doesn't kill him first, and one day continue on his murder spree.

LESLIE, realizing that DANIEL would rather give himself up than be caught by her, tries to talk the two detectives investigating the murders, STEVEN LEWIS and JASON JORDAN, into letting her kill DANIEL instead of just arresting him. Detectives LEWIS and JORDAN, not buying any of LESLIE'S reasoning, do their jobs and successfully capture and arrest DANIEL JAMISON.

After DANIEL is arrested and subsequently sentenced to life in a home for the criminally insane, some unexplainable things begin to happen. LESLIE KELLEY is murdered by what later appears to be a dead woman (one of DANIEL JAMISON'S earlier victims). But, before LESLIE is murdered, she finally explains to Detective LEWIS why he must still allow her to kill DANIEL JAMISON. After LESLIE'S death, Detective LEWIS goes to see the one person who can set things straight for him, DANIEL JAMISON.

Even with all of the things that Detective LEWIS has seen, he is still unwilling to believe the answers he is being given. The only question left is: will Detective STEVEN LEWIS live long enough to see what is the real truth? (94 pages)

GENESIS

Jesse and Cassandra Sanders are a happily married couple with three kids.  Cassandra is something of a workaholic.  Jesse begins a 'relationship' with a crack whore named Genesis. Genesis begins to fall in love with Jesse.  If it's not love, she is at least dependent on him, because she feels that Jesse is the rock that she needs to get her off of drugs and off of the streets.

Jesse suggests that Genesis try working as an exotic dancer as a way to earn money and get off of the streets.

While still on the streets, Genesis gets beaten severely which lands her in a hospital for three weeks.  In the hospital, she has a revelation, she no longer wants to do drugs and live on the streets, and she believes that Jesse is her savior, her reason to live.  She checks into a drug rehab and tries to get her life straight.  Upon completion of her drug rehab and while staying in a halfway house, she takes Jesse's advice and tries her hand at exotic dancing.

While Genesis is going through her transformation, Jesse is reconnecting with Cassandra.  Jesse runs into Genesis at the mall, she tells Jesse about her revelation, and that she has an audition for a job as an exotic dancer.  Genesis hopes that Jesse will become a part of her life, even going as far as suggesting that she can become a 'stay at home mom', if that's what Jesse wants.

Genesis asks if they can at least have one last 'real night' together, in celebration of her new life.  Jesse agrees but at the same time, he tells Genesis that he can no longer be a part of her life because he is very much in love with Cassandra.  Dropping Genesis off at the halfway house, Jesse is spotted by his thirteen-year-old daughter Jessica's eighteen-year-old 'fast friend', Sheronda.  Sheronda first tries to blackmail Jesse and then she tells Cassandra about seeing Jesse and Genesis together.

Cassandra kicks Jesse out of the house.  Jesse in turn runs to Genesis, but she now has a new man and will try to make it without Jesse.

Will she, or won't she. (97 pages)
