A SPEICAL GIFT I am just a little girl who is blind..and People who walk by can be so unkind..     They do not understand why I walk with a cane...as they walk by and look at them selfs in widows..how vain..I do not see the People as they stare..how can they talk about me this way its not there problem to bare. I am young and see with my heart..u see the world isn't so smart..I see beauty in all..even those with faults and fall..I see happiness where they see sad..and of course I have the love of my dad. I have a special gift that was given to me...a gift to see..what you cant see..my gift is I hear with my ears..and know my peers..I listen with my heart..and I know I'm smart..love me for who I am...not what you think I should be..remember I have feelings too..so remember before you speak...I do hear the words...I'm am different in a special way. so take my hand..and understand..I am who I am..a loving heart..that see all and hears all..the love of a little blind girl..(C)copywrite..Debbie Markley..Spiritcall..10-18-2000

TRUE COLORS

I was young and didn't understand.                 Why grown up people cussed Viet-Nam.   I'd watch People walk by with vacant stares,I guess they just didn't care. They said we fought for the RED-White-and Blue, So we would ave a land that's true.           I grew up with questions why?                   Why do men fight and die? I was told that Congress couldn't care,       wasn't their cross to bare!!                       Is this why they sweep it under a rug? Like a Illegal Drug!!                                 Alot of servicemen came home, but felt empty and so alone. THey call them Viet-nam vets,                   Am-vets caught in the system between the nets!! MY heart goes out for these lost service men,if not for them I would not be free.     So hold your head high to ths sky, say a little prayer and show them you care.         Thank GoD above when you see the FLAG so HiGh....Remember Good men fought and Died. So thats why I'm Proud TO Say..FOREVER I"ll be TRUE to My ....RED__WHITE__AND BLUE!! This is a Prayer that we have gottin from our Sister SpiritCall, and she said it would be fine to share it.

To my family..yesterday was a very sad indeed for all of us..my heart has felt sadness as this act up on us as USA ppl stand ..my question is why is it that it has to take a act like this to bring us all together as one..as they sang GOD BLESS AMERICA...I told myself are not these the people who voted out pray in our schools and that also our childern where not allowed to sing this song in school because it has the word of GOD in it?? Also why does it take something like what happened yesterday to bring light to people that we must pray..we should take time to pray everyday..not just when we need it..and to take time for family and friends..always..and to show how much they mean to us..I know that alot of people are suffering at this time my heart goes out to all..sometimes we need a wake up call to let us know how Thankful we should be..well my brother and sister you all are in my prayers and thoughts..may Creator bless each and everyone of you..as I burn a candle and send smoke to all who have lost their lifes and are in pain..Creator hear our prayers..with respect and Love your sister Spiritcall 9/13/01
