DENFELD CLASS OF 1944

When I have come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room. Why sob for a soul set free? Miss me a little----but not too long----and not with your head bowed low. Remember the love that was once shared. Miss Me----but let me go. For this is a journey that we all must take and each must go alone. It is all a part of the Master's plan----a step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know. and bury your sorrows in doing good deeds. Miss me----but let me go. (Author unknown).

We've got to put a top this this.

Oh how we miss those who have gone before us. My wife, Marjorie Anderson, from our class of '44 left us very unexpectedly on July 15th, 1978. Among her last words 'I want to live to see my grand children'. This being thirty years later, I've provided our daughter and son through college and assisted where ever need be. Daughter is a registered Physical Therapest and Son is a registered Mechanical Engineer. We now have four Grandchildren. A Grandson and Granddaughter each. The eldest Granddaughter is now a Grade School Teacher in Duluth. Marjorie must be prowd ot them. Life moves on.
