03/21/02 folding day and the invitation's are in the mail.

Getting easier every year. Our previous commitee meeting was well attended with about 25 but Bonnie Erickson's Condo would not hold that many. Five of us did the final folding of invitations, stuffing, stamping and placing address labels on the envelopes. Yours truly "Pete" Peterson mailed them at the post office on his way home. Finished in less that 4 hours that could have been 2 if we would keep our mind on our work. But the coffee and double lemon pie between conversations was just too good. Last year we had 144 attending (including our significant others). Great turn out and we are shooting for more. We only lost 4 classmates this past year. We mailed out 324 invitations this year. Wish we had more "internet" address's.

Finally got Doris Johnson to turn around. (now Shirley Enberg is off the camera but my butt was against the wall.)

Kitchen was a little small to get all 5 of us in one picture. But we had Shirley Enberg, Bonnie Erickson, Betty Carlson, Doris Johnson and Dick Peterson. I gave Doris Johnson another set of address label's for our 59th reunion in 2003 knowing our class will not shrink.
