Our 3BR 2 1/2 bath on 3 floors sleeps a maximum of 9 people on 3 queen beds and 3 twins. There are only 3 units in the building and our unit has only one common wall to only one of those units.There are 3 walls to the outside with doublepaned windows. This vacation townhouse is in South Lake Tahoe Ca, in the Tahoe keys area. It seems like a private quiet home. This & the following infomation is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.

Entrance to Tahoe Keys.

This is on Tahoe Keys Blvd just North of highway 50. Tahoe Keys Blvd crosses highway 50 about 4 miles west of Stateline and the Casinos.

TV on 2nd floor.

There is a DVD player below the 27 inch flat color tv on Direct TV (Satellite) with a DVR recorder with over 100 channels & a remote control. You can pause, fast forward, reverse & record programs for later viewing. You can pause live programs too for later viewing. Do not exchange the remote control from the first floor to the 2nd floor or you will have to reprogram the remotes to match the TV's which can take a lot of work.

Couch and loveseat on 2nd floor.

Both the love seat and the couch have recliners on each end so there are 4 recliners in the living room.

Maple Dining room set

There are 6 padded chairs and an extra table leaf. With the 2 bar stools & the high chair you can seat 9 people at one time to eat on the 2nd floor. This is a gas log fireplace do not burn wood in it. Thank you.
