The subconscious mind operates at a speed of about 1200 to 1400 words per minute. This is many times faster than the conscious mind that operates at 250 to 450 WPM (words per minute).

While many people believe they are truely conscious and aware. In fact they are nothing more  than programmed automatons of
a 'consumer survival forced functioning society'-with no real contact or control to their inner well being and external relevence. It has been conditioned into their subsconcious mind, where decisions are formulated.

Known by many names, it's true name that none
dare speak is . . . THE COLLECTIVE.

 To make 'nutri-anabolic reinforcement', which is a system of eating natural energy releasing and metabolic building foods, effective for health action potential and brain drive fitness. A person attempting to access and expand THEIR TRUE POTENTIAL must be centered psychologically.

 thing you are doing, than you cannot control it.
And control  is the basis of any system of logic
 or seriously planned achievement.
So, a planned dose of  intellectual selfishness

It is very likely much of what you have just read is incomprehensible in the linguistics and metaphors used.
Though that information would be the clinically accurate form of expressing the real principles involved of mental energy release and control philosophically.
 
This is what it means:
People who create problems for you do not matter-only YOU matter.
Any living problem is (can be) self induced. Many times, how to eat properly for mental and physical energy balance is such a problem . . . ' YOU ARE YOU ! '
 
A problem, or any problem keys into past successes and failures setting up an emotional response . . . which can be self destructive depending on how it is handled.

Those, who punish themselves, when they fail to solve problems miss the true meaning of the failing.

That is learning from it. Failing when viewed from a constructive lateral or Zen based point of view, can be the ' FIRST STAGE OF SUCCESS ' .

Problems can hurt, confuse, annoy, or be emotionally damaging.
BUT. . . only if you let them. And that is the key to the direction of how your psyche should direct it's energy and constructively rechannel it.

You are energy in a surrounding field of energies.
You have form, solidity with A SELF DEFINED IDENTITY.

You have a right to life simply because you exist in this space and in your mind.

When you become centered on this form, this gives you control.

Ask any obese person, if indeed they can make and carry out a diet choice. Or, even if they really believe that anything can help them since they have no 'CENTER OF WILL POWER' or true choice.

They, and many others (SOCIAL CONSUMER AUTOMATON NON PHYSICAL ACEHIEVERS) like them who may not even necessarily be obese, are far removed from deep inner communication by EMOTIONAL PROGRAMMED EATING and glandular misdirection.
 
They, are 'after a fashion' prisoners of the infamous and obnoxious CULT OF THE FORK SHOVEL MENTALITY.
  
So, under any and all eating circumstances you should be aware of the nutritional and energy potential of your food with the innate need to make it work for you.

'Nutri-anabolic reinforcement' and BIOCONSCIOUSNESS is making choices for your health, energy, life purposes.

But first, before trying to use them (choices), you have to be sure you are capable of using them.
 
Eating good natural food AND FORTIFIED ENERGY PRODUCTS has a natural toning effect on your digestive system and an energizing effect on your metabolism automationally.

But wanting to eat high quality purer whole foods and nutrients, is something else intirely.

 The answer is ' WILL POWER ' can be applied to anything, good or bad.
It can also be a 'dynamic personality stressor', which we may avoid using. Because, it's easier not too.

When that happens the source of it's energy erodes to an impotent memory, which may re-emerge now and again.

CALORIE ENERGETICS . . . Reactive Energy Force Fields

CALORIE is a prime terminology maximally used in all gaining and losing weight nutritional programs and athletic energy performance realities for conditioning, building strength, and a state
of transitory fitness, or to stabilize this organic functioning state.


Actually, a calorie is the master energy radiating form for anything involving human nutritionally aquired energy. . . its acquisition and or expenditure.

But how much does the average person or athlete really know about it?
 
We do know the time-worn definition, which means relatively nothing to a non-scientist or chemistry major, that:
'A unit of quantity heat; the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of I kilogram of water through 1 degree Centigrade'.
 
Certainly, that makes everything absolutely clear in its detail, but what does it mean?
 
We all are subject to certain laws of accummulation and use of energy; this is where the 'lowly' calorie plays its game out.

On a simpler scale of explanation, the body with all its composing tissues, muscles, bones, glands, etc., must generate or gain as much energy as it uses.

It does this by breaking down foods we eat in a chemical system specifically suited to its needs called 'metabolism'.
 
All nutritional foods which are taken into the body have to be digested or broken down into simpler forms of chemicals for distribution through the body for either building, storage, momentary use (organic biomechanics) or disposal as waste when an excess is taken in.

How fast we produce energy is related to the way we metabolized the food substances we take in. Oxygen in the air we breath plays a role also, in direct ratio to the energy produced from the metabolized food.
 

 
The measuring unit here is 'the calorie'. The accurate calorie type used in human reference for diet purposes is known as the 'kilocalorie' which is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram (1000 grams) of water 1 degree Centigrade.
But the standard calorie is our basic reference,to stem confusion for the reader who is conditioned to the simpler term.
 
What we're actually dealing with directly is heat produced in the body's internal energy pattern systems. The ratio itself depends on oxygen and the combustibility or mass building incorporation of the food type.

Carbohydrates (4 calories per gram), proteins (4 calories per gram) , and fats (9 calorie per gram) each have their own values for energy production when combined with oxygen in the metabolism.
 
With no physical activity taking place, 1 calorie (kilocalorie) is required per 2.2 pounds of bodyweight per hour.

When activity takes place that sum rises, dealing with the energy production required. The non-activity period or resting rate of energy use in the body is referred to as the 'basal metabolic rate', of calorie use.
 
So again, what does the calorie do?
 
In the main, it is a reactive driving heating tool . . . heat is a form of energy or force radiant and lower level wave form.

The human metabolism as a whole is not an energy producing force - but in more definite terms, an energy conversion system.

So, a calorie can be used for it's heat radiant, or stored as mass depending on the hydrogen carrier
links it has.

THE ENERGY PORTAL SUB-LAWS OF HUMAN NATURE

 1. First law of (all) nature - you can't use more energy than you have. Although on a metaphysical (advanced humans genetically) mind/brain level it may be possible to tap into various energy wave forms.
 
2. All dietary energies that are used must be replaced. All such energies are hydrogen based. So in a simply analogy, all human life (or life forms) and human performance are based on dehydration/hydration as a cycle.
Additionally the hydrogen bonding field for all other elements may be related to the actual life force.
 
3. Human genetics control the use of all energy physics and potential in the human body.
    Though again the brain using it's mind extension portal may be able to tap into subatomic levels of energy wave forms. Which is not relevent to this discussion of Energy Releasing Psycho Linguistics . . . but could be.

4. Natural foods contain the best forms of natural energy.
 
5. Life is movement.
 
6. Energy not used is either stored or dissipates into other forms.
 
7. Systematic exercise develops and uses energy conservatively. When the balance between hydration/dehydration nutrient based radiant carrier systems are maintained.
 
8. Systematic 'Nutri-anabolic' eating works synergistically with planned daily activities and or systematic exercise.
 
9. Systematic 'Nutri-anabolic nutrition' and systematic exercise contributes to physical self understanding and can enhance major potential energy reserves for general life enhancement when developed and planned.
 
10. Physical 'self understanding' or 'self realization' is the basis for a well rounded successful and healthy strong human being with maximum potential internally, externally, and as part of the human society.
