TRANSUE STORY

This is the story I was told. The First TRANSUE (several spellings) came over from Alsace Lorraine and were French Hugenots. If you look at history you will see that Alsace Lorraine was French & Germany over the years depending on who won the current war,
Our Abraham, a French Hugenot, came from Pfaltz, Germany (According to a family keeper of the records.) arriving in Philadelphia in 1730. He settled in Montgomery County, PA & later moving to Lehigh County
*TO DATE I HAVEN'T CONNECTED US TO THIS STORY.
The 1790 census is suppose to have the second & third generations listed. Elias, John, Jacob & Melcoir are listed & there Sons & Grandsons.
* I HAVEN'T VERIFIED THIS INFORMATION.
