NEMOURS, WEST VIRGINIA POWDER PLANT
I Received this photo of the Powder Plant from Jo Ellen Parker. Jo Ellen had family members who moved from North Carolina to Yards/Flattop, Virginia, to Nemours, WV to Bluestone, WV, to Shinbrier, WV then to Florida. They were the JENNINGS FAMILY and resided in VA & WV from about 1902 until about 1919. Family lived in Shinbrier from about 1914 until about 1919.
