PRABHUPADA'S APPEARANCE DAY
OFFERING 2003 Anubhavananda's offering for Prabhupada's appearance day,
O Shrila Prabhupada,
I now beg at your Lotus Feet,
in my insignificant foolish heart,
please appear on your most sacred seat.
O Shrila Prabhupada,
with all my heart and soul,
I must point all to you,
to place you in your central role.
O Shrila Prabhupada,
nothing is impossible for you,
now please speak through this fool,
and use him as your tool,
to bring together all your disciples,
to realise your position,
as the only one who is qualified,
to take us back to Krishna.
O Shrila Prabhupada,
in the pure disciplic succession,
O Guru of the universe,
now shower your full blessings,
to re-establish your self,
through the words that I speak,
as the one with the Lotus Feet,
all should seek to fully retreat.
O Shrila Prabhupada,
O Spiritual Master of Spiritual Masters,
since your untimely departure,
your family turned to disaster.
Please enlighten us within,
our only Master and Friend,
how to put this all to an end,
these poisoners at the bend,
they think they can replace,
Krishna's Supreme Grace,
those bereft of qualifications,
pose to guide the human race.
They know not your words,,
they know not your path,
they simply blaspheme you,
with the coldest darkest wrath.
All they want is power,
all they want is distinction,
and to bring your brightest foot prints,
to most abominable extinction.
O Shrila Prabhupada,
we know you have the mace,
please come into our hearts,
to kick them on the face.
Just like Bhaktivinode Thakura,
defeated that great pretender,
defeat these most sinful demons,
through us,your disciples surrender.
We know we shall win,
with You on our side,
for Your empowered by Bhaktisidhanta,
and by Krishna and Arjuna,
you always abide.
So this is Krishna's Holiest Battlefield,
where Krishna's Soldiers are the Victors,
for on Their tongues are Krishna's Names,
the Supreme Immortal Protectors.
Together we shall defeat them,
placing differences aside,
with just Prabhupada on our mind,
on Arjuna's chariot we ride,
where only victory is nigh,
to the spiritual world on high,
to the world of misfortune,
we can only say good by.
Prabhupada is all we need,
with Him in the lead,
we know we must succeed,
for a universe He can lead,
right through his books indeed,
comes the pure devotional seed,
as soon as we humbly read,
his disciple than are we.
And as his real disciples,
we'll direct all to His Feet,
as the only Feet of real shelter,
and life perfect and complete.
As his real disciples,
we'll re-establish His real mission,
as defeaters of all the cheaters,
who are trying to take his position,
Is this not Krishna's mission,
I ask you my godbrothers and sisters,
is it to annialate the miscreants,
who spoil the mission of Krishna?
I am lower than a worm,
yet from Prabhupada I did learn,
only through Krishna's pure Servants,
back to Godhead may we return.
And demons want to replace,
Lord Krishna and His Grace,
His most rare Representatives,
He sends to this place.
So this is the present situation,
the demons have taken their station,
so through out all civilization,
souls are crying,who shall save them.
We must show them it is Prabhupada,
let not the demons cover them more,
from the greatest Savior Krishna sent,
to guide them to Their Lord,
your fallen servant,anubhavananda das.
