KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS
It's my duty to preach,
what Krishna's Servant blessed me with,
this eternal truth,
this Krishna consciousness.
Nothing else may we take with us,
when it comes, the time of death,
nothing but our progress,
in Krishna consciousness.
Krishna consciousness is the path,
of pure Jesus Christ,
the path of surrender to God or Krishna,
the only way and truth and life.
Krishna consciousness means seeing,
Krishna everywhere, in every heart,
Krishna consciousness means hearing,
Krishna, our Father who never parts.
Krishna has come here Himself,
with countless Forms and Names,
Krishna has come as His Servants,
One with Krishna, His Glory and Fame.
Krishna is here as Gaura, now begging,
please awaken O fallen souls,
you have forgotten who you truly are,
and your real, eternal glorious roles.
Lord Gaura is begging here, Himself,
and through His Pure Servants,
please just chant Krishna's Names,
to just engage in Krishna's Service,
like His Servant Jesus Christ,
like His Servant Prabhupada,
every soul's only duty,
is to obey Shri Krishna, God.
Gaura cries with His Hands out raised,
we're just meant to constantly praise,
Krishna's countless Holy Names,
through out, all our nights and days.
We foolishly believe we're independent,
we foolishly try to take control,
but we are all fully dependent,
on Krishna, Who has all in His Hold.
Not a blade of grass moves,
with out Krishna's Hand,
and with out Krishna's Mercy,
we shall never understand.
We live forever and we don't know,
nor do we see the path we go,
yet proudly we claim some knowledge,
while we simply bury our soul.
We work like dogs for what,
Krishna provides the lower beast,
and refuse the request of Shri Krishna,
to just chant and dance and feast.
Gaura begs please leave,
this miserable temporary place,
of only repeated birth and death,
to know My Supreme Grace,
of reviving our real lives,
full of knowledge and bliss,
in all hearts, deep inside,
is our Krishna consciousness,
by always just chanting God's Names,
the only way in this time,
to return to home forever,
My Supreme Abode, Divine.
