A Brief History of The Jersey Boys

Hello everybody, welcome to my web page that I dedicate to Frankie Valli and Four Seasons(I launched this sight on July,3,1999).They are with out question my most favorite group.Thier music has been very uplifting and inspirational to me and many others and continues to be.With songs like "Sherry","Rag Doll","Walk Like A Man","Let`s Hang On","Who Loves You" and so many more.Sales of total # records is a whopping 100 + million. They had 50 chart hits between 1962-1967,25 of them reached the top 40,8 #1 hits, the longest ever single on the charts with "December,`63" (Oh What a Night) was on Billboard for a total of 57 weeks. One of just a couple of groups(possibly the only group) that have had hits in five different decades, the `50s,`60s,`70s,`80s and
`90s.After all of the before mentioned and after over 35 years,Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons continue onward, touring throughout the USA.As of this writing,(October,13,2000) the new album(CD) has been shelved, indefinately. There are 14 NEW songs that have been done that will probably NEVER be released. For what reason,I have no idea.I hold out hope that it will be released sometime in the near future, yet,I still have my doubts that it will ever be released at all.

Frankie Valli & The 4 Seasons Concert 9/27/03

Hello everbody, sorry for my inactivity with the site. But,I just had to let everybody know that on September 27,2003,me and 1100 other people witnessed an incredible concert by Frankie Valli & The 4 Seasons. He looked and sounded great, this was the best show of FV&4S that I`ve been to. So,if you get the chance to go see them,I strongly urge you to not miss out and to go.You`ll sure be glad you did.The concert started out with a new compilation type video of FV&4S,like old pics and video footage that spanned from 1962 to more recent times. The first song performed was "Grease",then a few songs later came "Silence is Golden",what a wonderful surprise that was.Other songs that I had not heard live and in person were,"Harmony,Perfect Harmony" (from the Who Loves You album),Frankie said that they hadn`t done this song in about 10 years and just rehearsed it not long before this show,it was "Stay",also was the Stevie Wonder song "Memories",the other one that I hadn`t heard live was "Tell it to the Rain",which was done great,Frankie sang it almost as well as he did when it came out (12/66) nearly 40 years ago.The other songs were of corse the BIG hits, all songs done totalled 23,an hour and a half long.It seemed as though the show didn`t or couldn`t last long enough. It is amazing to me that Frankie is near 70 years old.He looked really good and healthy and sounded great also.It was 50 years ago this year, that Frankie made his first recorded single "My Mother`s Eyes".
