Imagine, if you will, a beautiful world, covered with lakes and streams, mountains and forests, plains and meadows for thousands of miles in every direction. And picture this land being covered with plants and animals of every imaginable type.
Also picture, living in peace, harmony, love and respect amongst all of this beauty, a nation of people... whole villages of families.... men, women and children of all ages, living free and happy across this great land.
Now imagine that you are one of these people... loving and caring for your family and friends, individually, and as a whole. You learn from childhood to admire and appreciate the beauty and splendor of everyone and everything that surrounds you. You learn the miracles of life and nature that God has given to you.
Life is basic, and a daily struggle, but within the circle of harmony,
life is good,
and you are very pleased to be a part of it all.
Now imagine that various strange people from other distant lands and cultures begin coming to your paradise home. You share your existence with them like any other living creature. You see their strange ways, and openly learn from them. You share your food, fire and the knowledge necessary for them to survive and thrive in this great land you call home.
But then, as time passes, these strangers begin to change your beautiful land. They cut and burn your forests, and kill the animals faster than nature can replace them. Soon, the strange people are crowding your own village, and taking over the land you have lived on and loved for as long as the land's people can remember.
What if these new people began to lie to you, and deceive your friends and family about why they are here, and what they truly want? What if these strangers suddenly told you that you could no longer hunt or fish in your streams and forests. What if they told you that you were no longer allowed to speak your native language, or worship your God as your ancestors had done for thousands of years? What if they took your very home away from you, and told you to go live somewhere else? What if they then stole your children away from you, and murdered your husband or wife? What if they spread some diseases into your village that wiped out every living man, woman and child that hadn't already been raped or murdered?
What if this happened to you...
in your state, your city, your neighborhood, your Home?
What if someone threatened your life, and the lives of everyone you knew and loved? What if some alien civilization threatened to wipe out the very existence of your heritage, culture and ancestry, all because they desired to own and control the land that you lived on, and they had the power and means to do so?
What would YOU do?

How would YOU feel??
If you have never heard the truth about the Native American Holocaust, or don't personally believe that it ever truly happened, or if you are just interested in learning more about the subject, you really should click this paragraph to read my next webpage about how the Natives to North America have suffered over the last 5 centuries.
500 years ago, this land we call the United States of America was the beautiful and peaceful home to an amazing race of uniquely strong, yet naturally caring people, and it had been that way for as long as anyone could remember. The present day plains, valleys and hillsides where our homes, schools and businesses now stand are the very spots where these indigenous tribes of people once lived, hunted, worked, played and died.
This great country, now known simply as the USA, was once solely inhabited by great nations of people, who are still to this day mistakenly called "indians", only because the 15th century Europeans landing on the pristine shores of the North American continent had believed themselves to be sailing in an entirely different part of the world, namely India.
So.... what's my point? Why am I here?
Am I some angry Cherokee or Apache with generations of built up resentment to throw out at the world? No... I'm as white as the first European pilgrims to land on plymouth rock, and unfortunately, don't possess either the patience or the passive character that many of my red skinned brothers and sisters demonstrate by nature. I can only hope and pray to learn from them, and grow to understand the greatness of their wisdom.
Am I some radical American dissident, disrespectful and unappreciative for the freedoms and liberties this country has bestowed upon me?
No.... I love my country and what it stands for with the same great passion I have for the millions of people that I share this planet with.
However, I do know when and what to be proud of, and when to feel shame for injustices caused. I know the difference between a handshake, and a slap in the face... a promise, and a lie. I don't like to live with untruths and broken promises hanging over me, and I have never been good at hiding things in a closet.
There was once a great nation of people thriving and living free across this beautiful land we call America, and now many of the ancestors to those people exist within poverty, hunger, and hardship, often on small rejected patches of barren land called indian reservations. Endangered animal species are often given better land reserves to ensure their survival than what the Native Americans have received throughout the centuries.
HOW can I be proud of that?
While we spend thousands and even millions of dollars digging up ancient Incan and Aztec ruins to reveal the secrets of how their cultures existed.... we currently have hundreds of dwindling cultures of "living" Native American civilizations that we totally ignore. It's almost as if we're waiting for them to die off so that we can then dig up their remains to discover who they once were. So many treasures to behold... so many great secrets to be shared.... but some how our pride and ego won't allow us to acknowledge their existence, for fear that we might actually have to admit to the terrible suffering and loss this country has consistently brought upon the original
"Great Nations" of this land.
I am proud to be an American, and I'm proud enough with that American spirit to admit when an injustice has been committed. I know that most of the problems this country has had to deal with over time are the results of only a small number of narrow-minded people who live within the prison of their self-serving greed. But that's not the American spirit I know and love. I am but the second cultural generation to love and respect this great country... the first were the people who lived and roamed freely across the land hundreds of years before my ancestors even set eyes upon it. In my opinion, the true Americans, are the indigenous Native Americans Indians. Only until we can make amends and unite as brothers and sisters in trust and peace, respectful in all ways to our unique and individual character and cultures, can we truly become the Great Nation that we feel in our hearts.

The indigenous Native American Indians are some of the most amazing people to have ever blessed this planet. Each tribe was unique with their own special gifts, knowledge and talents. They are some of the most creative, resourceful, intelligent and resilient people known throughout human history. They not only survived, but thrived in the naturally harsh ecological conditions which threatened to wipe out the white European settlers, and if it weren't for the help and knowledge of the North American Indians at the time, our American forefathers likely would have met a much more tragic fate.
Native Americans were well known for their superior abilities to track and hunt. They could craft whatever they needed from the common resources provided by nature. They knew how to live in harmony with nature, becoming one with whatever biosphere they happened to live in. Their medicine, food, clothing, shelter, music, art, education, recreation, and everything else they needed could all be found from their natural surroundings. What's even more important, the indigenous Native Americans knew how to respect the nature they lived within. They wasted nothing, and gave back as much as they used. They believed in preserving their environment for all generations to come. As a secondary American.... I can fully respect that quality in any human.
These are truly astonishing people, and as a direct result of some of our white ancestors, they have suffered terribly, and very much need our help today. Please visit the various links on this page to learn more about these amazing people, past and present... and do what ever you can to help them grow stronger. There are many sites with links and info to how you can help. The more you do, and the closer you become to the Native American Indians, the more you will see your life being blessed in return.
Thank you.
