THE EASTER PARADE 2001 SYNCHRONICITY

NEW YORK, N.Y., Sunday, April 15, 2001 -- The long parade of Breakthrough episodes, synchroncities and insights, mixing science and myth, rabbits and Williams'es, merged nicely (and unexpectedly) into the Easter Parade and the holiday weekend of April 13-14-15, 2001.

On Good Friday S.P.A.C.E. got some good news in validation of its reports, as it has along the way since June 12, 2000 when the Breakthough began to unfold between here in the U.S. and U.K., among Gary H., the call from SETV's Williams, and myself.

Easter Sunday was set aside for my enjoyment, with a viewing of the famous Easter Parade on Fifth Avenue and a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to see, again, the Vermeer & Delft School exhibit, and, for the first time, the new WIILLIAM Blake exhibit.

After breakfast with a friend, we walked west on 39th Street, heading to the next block to take photos of the C.G. Center and The Williams Club. Before getting there, I saw a $20 bill on the sidewalk and told my friend, "Look, now you're $20 richer." He picked it up, and, flipping the bill over, noticed that the other side was blank, a stark WHITE blank.

"Is this another synchroncity?" he asked.

"Probably," I said. "Looks what was at first real was not real. It's the whole question of reality again, of what we consider 'real' and 'not real.' Even the white blank side may be significant as it is as white as our White Rabbit, so we get our Easter Bunny on a bill without the rabbit visible, like a Cheshire Rabbit. And Bill is another way of saying WILLIAM."

Then, when we got outside the Jung Center by The Williams Club, it suddenly dawned on me hard why I saw the "Easter Egg UFO" (if it was really a UFO?) over the WILLIAMSburg Savings Bank the day after Palm Sunday (April 9) while standing specifically at THIRD Avenue and NINTH Street.

Both The WILLIAMS Club and the Jung Center are on 39th Street in Manhattan! The THREE and NINTH of that siignificant location is Referenced with my possible "UFO sighting" through associative information. (And the association with Whitley Strieber's famous series of three knocks, repeated three times, at his New York State cabin and in a Colorado town.) A truly staged sighting!

While science grapples with the quantum dilemma of Schroedinger's Cat (is it alive or dead, or both at the same time?), we have our Schroedinger's Rabbit (is it real or not, or both at the same time?), as reinforced by the $20 bill and the questionable "Easter Egg UFO" sighting over the Williamsburg Savings Bank.

"WOW!" writes Gary H. from England in response to all this. "Funny, ain't it! That the invitation (begun on June 12, 2000) has been taken up to EASTER in 2001! The bunny was not far off the mark with its time-keeping after all!"

A SPACE-TIME ART AND PHYSICS HAPPENING

New York City, Saturday, April 21, 2001 -- Just when it seemed to be over, another surprise of the synchronicity artists happens!

After having dinner with a friend, who had seen a musical play, he invites me to attend a reception opening a new exhibit at an art gallery in Chelsea, before he meets someone else and before I attend a seminar by Budd Hopkins' Intruders Foundation featuring veteran UFO researcher Richard Hall.

He tells me that the gallery, 2/20, is at 220 West 16th Street. I realize that is only a few doors away from Hopkins' residence at 246 West 16th Street. A normal coincidence, but not a really meaningful one, so nothing like a "sync."

Shortly before 6:00 p.m. we are at the gallery. I pick-up a post card with the title of the small, one-room exhibit, which featurs three artists. The show's title is: MIND/MATTER. I am amazed.

I am re-reading and studying a classic scientific book, "Synchronicity -- The Bridge Between MATTER and MIND," and here I am, with that book, at an ART gallery with a show called "MIND-MATTER."

And convienently down the block, just a few doors away is UFO researcher Hopkins with longtime research Hall (from NICAP days), preparing for the evening's seminar across from the Fashion Institute of Technology-- FIT. And art is involved again, as with Vermeer and William Blake the week before.

A perfect FIT! The words Mind and Matter are reversed between the book and exhibit. Like in a MIRROR. A Mirror Universe or Mirror World. F. David Peat, author of "Synchronicity," wrote a previous book called: "The LOOKING GLASS Universe." We have an ALICE in WONDERLAND situation once again...with rabbits ths time.

We have all the elements of a perfect synchronicity full of meaning, given the factors of LOCATION and CONTEXT, and connecting with recent events as well as the PATTERNS that are consistent and persistent throughout The BREAKTHROUGH.

"ET's INVITATION TO INVESTIGATE" By Gary H. England, Sunday, April 22, 2001 -- On the very latest events, from the book "The Scole Experiments," we have the headings of the consecutive pages, all within four pages, with items that tie in with things that have happened over in New York City. We have ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS that a communication is, in fact, going on. We have an INVITATION via the World Wide Web, etc. (which has spread ot over 10 months now) And on the next page where the Rabbit started and finished its journey, the (Scole) HOLE (as in Rabbit Hole) there is this quote from Albert Einstein: "It is entirely possible that behind the perceptions of our senses, worlds are hidden of what we are unaware." The heading of that chapter is "An INVITATION TO INVESTIGATE." In short, "IT" (the ETI) has ACKNOWLEDGED those who have the wish to communicate and understand. "IT" has given An INVITATION TO INVESTIGATE. This is now down to what SETI researchers are looking for. (Gary H. refers to "An Invitation To ET" and "Declaration of Principles" as given by SETI League Canadian coordinator Allen Tough, the psychology professor emeritus, referring specfically to contact with an imagined alien probe in the vicinity of the Earth and its solar system.) "Fairly quick back-an-forth communication may be required as part of the verification process. The research team might ask the probe to confirm its extraterrestrial origin by giving us new scientific knowledge or some demonstration of its extraordinary ability. Indeed, back-and-forth communication may be absolutely necessary for verification." COMMENTS by H. Egeln, 4/22/2001... And, could Gary H. notes, looking at this information by a SETI League member, could the Probe be some sort of device, like an implant, or a people themselves? Or could the Probe(s) be in contact with people, who can convey the Probe's information? What we have here is an Extraordinary ONGOING Contact Situation with apparent communication directed through our human experiences, although in highly strange and unexpected ways) to the scientific community, more so than to the UFO research community (in some ways), which also has its self-imposed limits of research and, frankly, is not paying attention to all this, avoiding essential peer review. (In the "Mind/Matte-Matter/Mind" episode, it seems that "IT" was trying to alert Budd Hopkins and even Richard Hall, by the location and timing of the episode.) The way this back-and-forth pattern has unfolded reveals both: ***...current on-edge scientific knowledge as well as glimpses of deeper new scientfic concepts now little understood or entirely unknown (new knowledge), ***...and with amazing demonstrations that show a knowledge by "IT" of human psychology and culture (as would be expected by long-term study or connection of humanity) by the associations "IT" makes. ********************************************************

THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN and the Question TRAIN

Brooklyn, NY, April 24, 2001 -- Last evening after work at the newspaper office I visited a SPACE friend at her Manhattan apartment so she could view our videotape of the April 1st SPACE Roundtable Discussion with the Collision Theory theatre ensemble, which she missed..

Before leaving after a delightful visit, I noticed an unmistakable Vermeer reprint on a wall of a young woman with a mysterious smile. She told me that it was given to her by a Dutch friend who said the woman reminded the visitor of her. I mentioned my recent visits to see the Vermeer Exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum, which tied in with some new "syncs."

Boarding the subway after my visit, I stepped onto a Q train for the first leg of my trip back to Brooklyn. It was a "NesQuik Bunny" car, of course. And being the "Q" train, Q reminded me of QUESTIONS, so many f them!

Today when I brought in my mail, there was a postcard for a reception for the opening of a new gallery exhibit. On the front, in bold black letters on white were IM.

That stood for "Invisible Man," a 144" x 147" acrylic painting. The title of the exhibit is:

"THE EVIDENCE of THINGS NOT SEEN"

And, instead of an art gallery in Soho, Chelsea or Madison Avenue, the exhbit will be at The Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine.

What struck me in this curious synchronicity where these:

** The Evidence of Things Not Seen is what most of this Breakthrough Contact is all about. And there is EVIDENCE APLENTY!

** The "IM," as in I Am. And if turned unside down, it is "WI" the first two letters of WILLIAM. It was at a SPACE exploration gatheringin February that some mentoned "WILL-I-AM" as an association for William, and "I AM THAT I AM.'

** The Location of this exhibit, with a spiritual reference, albeit a religious place, The Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

** And the location of the location---Amsterdam Avenue, making the Dutch reference as suggested reminder of Vermeer and the Dutch Delft School of artists, continuing the VERMEER cluster of syncs.

** The continuing association between Art and Physics, an ever-present theme.

** The numbers 144 and 147, which have been repeated over and over again within the SPACE Experience.

This CONTACT is a Never-Ending Story.

I M C: I M C-ONTACT

Wednesday, April 25, 2001 -- This evening the CBS TV network had the national broadcast premier of the 1997 movie "CONTACT" based on the Carl Sagan novel and starring Jodie Foster.

In the scene where Foster, as Dr. Ellie Arroway, the SETI scientist, finds herself near the center of the galaxy, the movie camera focuses on her eyes, as the "Extra-Terrestial Intelligence" enters into its neural pathways to scan her mind (shades of Dr. David Jacobs!) and create comfortable images to facilitate contact as she floats down to Pensacola Beach.

On her upper right shoulder is an armpatch. It reads: I M C. Then I wonder, after mentioning the postcard yesterday about the IM exhibit, "The Evidence of Things Not Seen," that, perhaps, there is an element of Timing here that would connect with tonight's national broadcast of "Contact."

I M C, I M Contact, I aM Contact.

(Even, when IM is turned upside down, it is WI, Contact WI-lliams.)

Arraway, in the movie, as she gets a tough grilling by a skeptical Congressional investigating committee, cannot present "The Evidence of Things Not Seen" by the 43 cameras that were looking at her "space-craft."

It is only her word, based upon her very human experience...until it is discovered that she has 18 hours of taped static, matching her "missing time" report of being away for 18 hours, although, according to scientific observation, she was not gone at all. How much like with us!

This is truly so weird that this is connecting in the way it does here through the SPACE Breakthrough Experience and how, if all the information documented here in our reports, there can be no denying that a CONTACT situation is actually taking place NOW.

It is time for folks in the SETI community to take this very seriously and understand what may be going on here. (And for UFO researchers, who are looked upon as "the experts," to notice this.)

The is the Challenge given to Science and Society and to lift the veil of Silence.

"WE LIVE IN A PREPOSTEROUS UNIVERSE" In a discussion held at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore on April 4 on the enigma of DARK MATTER and ENERGY, which composes over 90 percent of the universe, but which is INVISIBLE to us and is therefore a great mystery, several interesting remarks were made, as reported in a New York Times article "From Light to Darkness: Astronomy's New Universe" in the Science Times section on April 11th. "Now it is about what CANNOT BE SEEN. In the last few decades astronomers have had to confront the possibility that stars and galaxies -- not to mention the creatures that inhabit them -- are barely more than flecks of froth on a stormy sea of dark matter," writes science reporter Dennis Overbye. One astrophysicist, reflecting on "ASTRONOMY OF THE INVISIBLE," said that "we live in a preposterous universe." Other scientists said that we are in a realm of unexpected discoveries that do not fit in with our known and visible universe, composing about ten percent of the universe we know. As astronomers take their look through "the looking glass" into the truly immense invisible universe of dark matter and energy, they, too, like us encounter explorers, are learning that the universe is truly a Wonderland "of the Preposterous" where one can believe "six impossible things before breakfast." ********************************************************

UNEXPECTED CONTACT!

What you have read on this page came to us UNEXPECTEDLY. Do we ignore it? Or, as scientists who may be confronted with Unexpected Data and Findings, do we learn from it?

"Tiniest of Particles Pokes Big Hole in Physics Theory" reads the front page article by James Glanz on "The New York Times" on Feb. 8, 2001, concerning, "New observations of subatomic particles do not fit into standard theories explaining the matter and forces that shape the universe today...The unexpected findings...may be the first of a previously unseen kind of matter."

Cherished idea have been thrown into question because of the observations at the Brookhaven National Laboratory's particle accelerator. Similarily, the reports presented on this Breakthrough Page constitute, to a large degree, Unexpected Observations and Data, but with consistent patterns and an odd structure which many of us in SPACE comprehend.

Also, Gordon Cooper, the Mercury and Gemini astronaut, observes in his book "Leap Of Faith: An Astronaut's Journey into the Unknown" (Harper Collins, 2000), commenting on a seemingly valid communication given to a researcher from ETs, notes that, referring to her and UFO sightings that "There has been contact," and that messages may be coming directly to people with communication skills in ways that SETI did not anticipate.

As presented on this page there is ongoing communication and contact of a most extraordinary nature which ufologists, scientists and society would do well to study.

TWO UFOLOGISTS AND A "SETI LEAGUE" PSYCHOLOGIST RESPOND.... DEBORAH LINDEMANN, CHT, Responds, July 25, 2000: If one is to read this material casually, at first glance it does appear disconnected and as though the participants are deeply in need of making some connection or finding a deeply needed pattern in a world that often offers no sense of connections or meaning. However, I am quite clear that, firstly, communication between "who-ever is visiting us" and ourselves is possible and that, secondly,once our attentionis achieved, there are many methods for communication. What might even start out as simply random coincidences might become much more than meaningless once our attention is given to a type of communication and a method is discovered. I dare say that most of the world is "asleep" and there is much that passes us by unnoticed, not only because it is "outside" of how information is normally perceived. Many modern philosophers and writers, such as "Celestine Prophecy" author James Redfield, have frequently spoken of a type of "psychic synchronicity." They have shared that there is something much greater than ourselves which seems to be grandly orchestrated our universe. I say, "Thank God," because if it was just up to us to keep our reality system operating, we would all be in greater trouble than we already are. These same philosophers and uthors reflect that psychic synchroicity appears at first simply coincidence, but that when looked at more deeply and on a largerscae that it is n coincidence, and is part of a pattern that subtly weaves and goes mostly unnoticed throughout our lives. Certainly, if this truly is a type of communication taking place, it is a much more subtle, less intrusive and a safer method of intial communication, isn't it? After all, in the end, one could simply cast it off as random meaninglessness, couldn't one? Perhaps, if this is some type of advanced communication, and whoever and whatever may be orchestrating this, the method is less important than the fact that your attention has been achieved and a subtle pattern for communication has been established. While we must be cautious as serious researchers and as experiencers looking for answers not to jump to conclusions, to not attempt to quickly solve that which is uncomfortable with easy answers, and to restrain ourselves from seeing Mickey Mouse in the clouds because that is what we are looking for, at the same time we must remain open-minded that often the answers we are looking for cannot be found because we are looking in the wrong places and with outmoded preconceptions about our very reality. ******************** DAVID JACOBS, Temple University history professor and author of The UFO Controversy In America, Secret Life and The Threat, August 1, 2000: I am on vacation at the moment.
