Soul I Have Known, by Eve Adam, a.k.a. Harmonic Eve I bless you now this Christmas Day; I bless you now as you go on your way. It matters not who holds you now, Or who, in turn, fills MY life somehow. We met, we loved, we learned and parted, And LONELINESS was, for a while, outsmarted. It was not in vain we sought the love; There was a plan, conceived above, That brought our souls together then And made us seek, in this world of men, Completion, perfection, in the image of another. Go your way with God, my brother. I'll never wish we had not met, Though time and life have said, "not yet" To all the dreams I held for you And all the dreams that didn't come true. I bless you now, Beloved Soul. To learn from life -- that was the goal. To part again, when we can not stay, Was in the plan; it's all O. K.
