NOTE: The interior gauge piece is not in the set for the '98 > 2000 models. It is a $35 option.

The entire set is cut from the same 24 x 24 inch piece of veneer for continuous grain & same color.

The highest quality wood veneer covered with a 3-M adhesive backing.
We use the new improved 3-M adhesive with the maroon color backing...particularly good if you are going to do it yourself which does not need the messy adhesive promotor. This new 3-M adhesive gives you some degree of repositioning if you get it on crooked. This new adhesive is a little more expensive to us...I don't think other makers will be using it as they have to watch their bottom dollar...we have no bottom dollar, we are already poor.
THEN....2-Coats of our epoxy/resin applied prior to LASER Cutting. Laser cutting is important for precise clean edges & corners.
We do NOT CNC router cut...laser cutting is precise and burns the edges perfectly black eliminating the need for hand painting. Router cutting does not do sharp/precise inside cuts.
We now put a UV polycoat between the 1st and 2nd layers making the veneer virtually impossible to become unprotected. Then, final resin coat and final polycoat.
Valkyrie sets have 29 pcs. Additional 8-pc option set for $20.
We do not do 1200's or 1100's.
The "More Woodier" speaker trims are an additional $30 with the set. The other less woodier skeleton-type trims come with the set.

We do not do carbon fiber or "film" graphics or synthetic woods. A popular seller in the market is the Carpathian Elm Burlwood that is a print on a white ash...we do not do that. Our burls are a slice of the tree showing the Burlwood character.

1-year and is transferrable to any subsequent owner. After that we will replace any defective, damaged or faded piece at a really cheap price.
BEWARE of the fine print from those offering "Lifetime" warranties, especially if it is a "Limited" Lifetime. This is offered on inside car dashs, not motorcycle dashes subjected to the weather.
Contact them, or others, as if you had their set for over a year and need a replacement piece. You may have to buy the complete set. Something you would not do.
With the set comes many photos of options. Unless you see where they go, it's almost impossible to explain.
BURLWOOD NOTE that options in a burlwood veneer are an additonal 20%.

The right side pocket wood does NOT come with the set. Seperately sold it is $42. Most buy both the right and left pocket covers for $50/both. For only $8 more they might run across the hard left cover later, and will have the wood for it. The right cover only makes it seem "lopsided" with that big piece on the right and nothing on the left side...my personal opinion.

The trims make the covers "seem" much larger...here again, my personal opinion.
If you want the trims, it is best to order with the right & left cover, to get the continuous grain all the way across....see photos, 2nd page. Ordering later, the color will match but the grain will not match the cover grain.

We have more options, which you will see on the photos with the set. Charlie is in charge of research & development....over by the Washer & Dryer which is next to our accounting department by the hot water heater.
We also do custom work. You furnish a
template (posterboard works best) and it will be about 35-cents per square inch....$15 minimum.
Often it's better to cover scratched, scuffed or dented areas with wood rather than the original Honda pieces. Looks & $$$$$-wise.
We give no guarantee as to grain and color match if options or replacement pieces are bought to compliment another makers basic wood set.
A good idea is to put the CB and Air Pressure wood trims over the chrome covers made for those areas. The chrome is about 1/4" all around bigger than the wood trim and makes a really nice looking border for the wood.

Our most poplar are the rosewoods. I would say, if 1 is white and 10 black...the medium would be a 6, the dark a 8, the light a 3. The "medium" is more of a catch-all. Like, one veneer fits all colors.
