How to make an blinkie frame with a msntv.

1.) Go to Imagemagick, and with an black background (bg) gif , resize it to either 200X200 or 300X300 and then click decorate and click frame.
Any color you want as long as it is in a dark color.




2.) Then annotiate type your name ,pick symbol font and then 17 in the first box below the button annotiate , then the second box type 225, width number should be 2.




3.) output your artwork, and save.




4.) Take your artwork to gifworks and do 14 to 15 dots with spacing. And flip.




5.) Do 10 spaced dots. Flip. and do ten more With each side go as or almost close to the bottom that you are doing the dots on each time.




6.) Then save your gif. Then with the gif that is not dotted. Do 13 to 14 dots no spacing at all. flip.




7.)You know that you do the same again after the flip as number six said and flip and rotate right to get the number of dots right on the sides. No spacing.




8.) Take your gifs and put them in a blank webpage and morph them. To morph it F/x 4 in the box above, not 60. And click morph.




9.) output, pick gif or jpg, ouput and save. If you don't like slow write the speed 10 on the delay box. And guess the loop by putting a number it it.
