AN OLD TIME PHOTO. This was a fun photo taken in Vancouver.Joe's the sheriff.His attitude is I run this town,The lady with him is Karen. She makes sure he behaves or else.Jake is the young gun fighter. He's looking for trouble. The "shady lady" is me. I'm out for a good time.

RELAXING

This was taken in Victoria, British Columbia. After a lot of sightseeing, it was time for a rest. My daughter thought we looked a lot alike. We both had flashy jackets and the bench was comfortable.

PICTURE MEMORIES OF ALASKA

A beautiful sunset as we started our cruise up the inside passage to Alaska. We would make 9 ports of call and spend from 8 to 11 hours there. That gave us lots of time for on shore exploring.

Shady Ladies of Wrangell,Alaska

These women meet the ships at the harbor when passengers disembark. They said I had the personality to be a shady lady. I think that was a compliment.said I could add to my pension that way in the summertime. The nuns at Bellinter house in Ireland said I had the personality to become a nun. One or the other must be wrong.Could both groups be right?

GLACIER BAY

Aboard the Universe Explorer. Glacier Bay's many inlets and fjords contain 16 active tidewater glaciers. We watched the glacier "calve"(huge pieces of ice crashing into the bay. Glacier Bay National Park & preserve covers 3.2 million acres. We were lucky enough to see a whale come up and spout and dive back into the bay. Awesome! One night Karen and Jake,bundled up in blankets, drinking hot chocolate, sat in deck chairs and watched the Northern Lights dance across the sky. If you have ever seen them, it is truly a sight to behold.

GLACIER BAY

This place captured my interest,could have stayed here all day. It made you feel like you were at the beginning of time on earth. It really is an awesome sight and I will never forget having the chance to see it. How lucky can a person be? Answer,VERY!!
