DuhPreachProphecy??...The greatest call to Salvation comes from the Trumpets of Prophecy. You cannot preach Jesus without preaching Prophecy

JudasJustHangingAround...Agnostics and non believers toward the Bible make claims of contridictions in the "WOG" in an attempt not to learn the truth of Salvation. .

Raptursaurus...Did you know that "Thee" Church is not going to be part of the Rapture that Jesus and the Apostles" had preached about?

WhyProphecy?? ...God is "mean"..He means what He says, and says what He "means",.Do you know what God says about "Prophecy and Salvation"?

What Bible??...The NIV bible is corrupted with thousands of errors, yet preachers preach from it daily,..many.knowing full well it does not represent the true Holy Word of God as it is written in the KJV Holy Bible. Why do they do that?

The Cycle of life...We know the earth spins "round-n-round", and that it travels "round-n-round" the sun..So what other kinds of "cycles" did God create? God's plan for life on this planet is set in stone, and cannot be broken by the carnal hammers of men,.though they may try.

~~~Did Judas Just Hang Around ??~~~
    There is no contradiction concerning Judas' hanging mentioned in (Please read) Mt.27:1-5 & Acts 1:16-20, as some may think. This is why we need to "study" the Bible and established facts related to scripture. There are three given possibilities;....
(1)...Judas hung himself and, in days, started to decompose in the hot sun, with vultures pecking at his neck, causing him head to separate from the body...
(2)...or the rope just didn't have the strength to hold his weight and simply broke from his fall...
(3)...or, maybe this is what happened....,
  (PAR) Mt.27:1-5.. The time was early morning when the priest and elders took Jesus to Pontius Pilate to have Him killed, and when Judas saw what was happening to Jesus he was sorry for him,. he departed from the priest after returning the 30 pieces of silver for his betrayal of Jesus. Knowing his guilt, he then (right away) went out and hung himself.
  Vs.6-7 says, the priest then held council, (which takes time)...and after their council, the priest then bought the field and titled it (where Judas hung himself),..the "field of blood" (or potter*s field).
   First,. I doubt if the priest knew at all that Judas was going to hang himself after their discussion with him. All this purchasing happened after the fact. No time element is mentioned in the Bible (or of historical writings I can find) to help perceive anymore facts about the hanging of Judas.
  Vs.1 & 6, tells us that "blood money" cannot be put into God's treasury so the priest most likely put it in reserve, and when they found out about the hanging, (which I believe had to be days later) then the priest used it to buy the field (where Judas hung himself), and titled it the "Field of Blood" (or potter*s field). If decomposition was a fact, then there would have been at least several days (or longer) before body separation in which case only a passer-by would have had to of seen his body, and report it. More oftine than not, time between each following scripture can be days, even weeks.
Acts 1:16-20,.
.
  Peter tells us in (Vs.18) that Judas "fell headlong" (implying he jumped) to his death and *burst apart" on the jagged rocks below. Some report the fall was 30 to 70 or 80 feet high. So how did Peter know that Judas ..."fell"? It was not unusual in past ( or present) times, for those who wished to commit suicide, or just die, (primarily because of age or disease) to have family or a friend around to either, make burial arrangements or to be a witness. "Death assistance" is still going on today, though illegal in many states. Every day in hospitals or around the family bed, there are family or friends waiting for God's angel of death to call on a loved one. So then, to explain Acts 1:18, it may be that some one was there, either by design or by accident.
    I personally think Judas had some one there to remove his body for a proper burial after he died, (I do not believe he was a "homeless" type person). He most likely did hang himself, also, the place where Judas decided to hang himself may have been a place many others would have also used to do themselves in. By tying the rope to a tree over hanging the cliff (there in the valley of Hinnom) he then put the noose around his neck, and jumped. Either his head severed from his body, the rope slipped or broke when he jumped, causing his "fall" to the rocks below and to have his bowels gush out of his stomach. The Bible does not give the gory details of Judas' hanging,...other then what tradition and historians say.
    Common logic says that Judas may have asked a friend of family member to "witness" his suicide so as to make proper burial arrangements. The Peter account would then be a valid statement, also the priest would know about the hanging and gory details a lot quicker.
    I would think most historians would agree where Judas had hung himself and is now on the the tour list in Israel for those who may inquire...FJ...
