at only 4 inches long this test drive unit is ready to go just push in the 10 magnets and the two stainless steel conductors

the theroy is that if electric current passes through a magnetic field using salt water as a conductor the result will be that the salt water will be pushed out one end of the drive unit and if the polairity is reversed the thrust will also be reversed . I will be using ten 1/2" x 1/2" rare earth magnets with a combined force of 245 lbs and I will continue to add d/c voltage until thrust reaches its max. for the magnetic field or something destructive happens . the last time I tryed this was about 15 years ago and I used copper as the positive and negative conductors and the result was like reverse electro plateing all the copper turned the 10 gals of water black and warm in about 5 seconds making it impossible to detect flow . this time I will be using stainless steel as the conductor |
