~Welcome -- To Our 40th CCH Reunion~

WELCOME! ...Yes! It is me again, Lois, doing yet another homepage,.This one is quite special and dedicated to every member of our Class Of 1960 ..from Central Catholic High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida ..You will be viewing pictures taken at our 40th Reunion..Yikes! 40 years ...Golly are we old! ...but not changed, we may be a little gray around the gills and wear reading-glasses,...but we have all matured in a wonderful way.. The beauty and inner spirit of each of our classmates has not changed. ..It might seem odd to some that I am even doing this Page, as I was unable to attend ...but these great people all sent the most wonderful messages to me along with the pictures that you are about to view ...I was very touched by this most generous and thoughtful gesture, that I thought that the least I could do was make a special page for the ~CLASS OF 1960~ ...The weekend all started on July 28th,2000 at 7:00 PM with a cocktail party held at the Sheraton Yankee Trader Hotel ...then on Saturday July 29th,2000, was the main event, the dinner/dance ..held at the same hotel ..the choice on the menu was chicken and steak or red snapper ..Yummy! for the chicken and steak ..This was where most attended ...We had 175 in our class and 55 of our classmates were able to attend ..Not a bad turn out for the 40th, The weekend ended on Sunday July 30th,2000 with breakfast and Mass at St. Pius X Church, with Father Slevin officiating. ..There are pictures of him with several of my classmates..I am told everyone had a great time, almost like it was just yesterday...I have been in touch with many and they all report that it was the best reunion ever...NOW!!! The problem is ...I am not sure who all the people are in the snaps ..I will have to say that everyone looks absolutely great..Soooo! Please let me know any name's that you come up with ..I would really like to know ..and if any of you do not want your picture on this page ..again please let me know, and I will remove it ...I am very proud to be a member of the Class Of 1960 ...Central Catholic High School ..and more so very proud of each and ever member of my class ...So let's get on with the Reunion ..and please enjoy yourself ..So get your dancing shoes on, and enjoy the oldie but goodie songs that I hope you can all hear ... Thank-You all for coming..and check back often as I am sure to be up-dating this page if anything to put some names to the faces.
