Here's where I throw anything that I run across that I think is worthy of this OLD page.

It can be OLD items, ideas, or ideals, or even idiots, much like myself. You may find things here that just plain interest this OLD man, and you think have no correlation to the theme of this page; but then it's MY page!

Listed also are some of my collections, so I know what I've got, and can post what I'm missing, or am drolling for, in case somebody out there runs across it.

Check out some of these interesting LINKS:

BLACK & ORANGEWARE:

It seems I somehow picked up 2 tins of the black & orange Tones spices, so that made me a collector. So I kind of took a liking to the color combination, and now collect most anything in this interesting duet. Collecting is a disease.

List of items to follow.

TONES SPICES:

Here is my collection to date. They are black & orange colored. The earlier ones were cardboard sided, and the later ones were tin. (8/22/01)

-CARAWAY SEED, whole
-CREAM TARTER, powdered
-DILL SEED, selected
-GINGER, ground
-PICKLING SPICE, whole mixed
-SAGE, ground
-SHOT PEPPER, ground
-WHOLE CLOVES, selected
-WHOLE PEPPER, heavy shotted, (black), also called peppercorns

BLACK & WHITE ENAMELWARE:

This section was prompted by 2 things. One, the fact that I have furnished my cabin with mostly B & W-ware, mostly enamelware, but other items as well. This section will list only the enamelware items. Two, "Still Stella" started collecting the stuff and now that makes a collector's club I suppose, and it just has to go online! Thanks, Stell!
