Side one was recorded in 1984 during the winter. It is a continuous play which can be played at any time during any activity. On the reports of many people who like the tape. You will be more relaxed but also more aware of sights, sounds, and feelings. Side two was recorded at many different times during 1996 and 1997. It is a discontinuous collection of recording of sounds 30 seconds and more intervals. I recommend that this side be played to encourage relaxation, meditation and intimacy.
