Someone will say, " What does that scripture mean ? And who is the great whore ? "
Our God is so wise and he knew that during decades, centuries, man would change the meaning of certain things and the diversity of languages, cultural barriers, educational levels of man, and different factors can change certain things that we describe today as opposed to that of yesteryear. What I mean by this is during Biblical times the automobile was not invented yet, the airplane or helicopters, fighters b-52 's , 747's and the advent of the " industrial revolution," and many other modern day advancements of mankind has evolved since that of Ancient Holy Writ. However, there are certain things that time, decades, centuries, millenias cannot and will not change. For this reason the writer here in archaic times is describing what God showed him before Roman Catholicism, Organized Religion, and all of the things that we are so familiar with today in the religious world came into existance. Every generation can relate to a " lady of the evening" or a prostitute, or " the world's oldest profession. " There may be different names for it , but we all know what she is. In Ancient times unlike today, the chastity belt, female discretion, the absence of the women's liberation movement and the woman being a " homebody" and subservant to the man, the world today does not view things as they did in old time. But again, promiscuity, adultery, whoredoms, fornication, or pornography as we call it today, sodomy, sexual deviants, and the loose living of our society has always been the normal for mankind. What they called whoredom of that time we do not call it that today, i,e a woman in the old days who had children out of wedlock was referred to as a harlot, and they were in the Old Testament burnt with fire. ( See the scripture with Tamar playing the harlot with her father in law Judah and having a child by
him. ) Read the entire chapter of Genesis 38 K JV. The point I am making and where I am going with all of this is that children out of wedlock were children of whoredoms, or children of harlots. ( A harlot is a woman who prostitutes herself or men pay her to intercourse with them or whoever can pay and or support her and her children or provide her means of survival she will allow to " go into her. " As a result of this we find many illlicit affairs, relationships, and ilegitimate children who bear different last names because they have various fathers, and the woman does not have any marital ties with any of these men. They are
just "concubines " or female lovers to the man, or sexual partners not a legal or legitimate family. Many have babies and some do not know who the Father is because they have been with so many men. However, they are not carrying the
name of a particular man as a wife of old time and still that holds true today, even though women will use both their married name,i,e, Johnson-Smith to still show their maiden name as well. Well, my friends that's how it is with Jesus Christ. Jesus is referred to as the "bridegroom" and the church is referred to as the "bride " In the 3rd century the
Catholic church ( 325 AD ) changed the baptismal formula in the name of Jesus Christ to that of the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, thus as the whore or harlot does, not claiming marital status or respect or ties with any one man.
She put away the name of her espoused husband or Christ, and took on superlatives rather than owning up to the true Saviour, or the Bridegroom, Christ Jesus. Along with her playing the whore with all religious views and doctrines, she took off the name of her once husband Jesus Christ and began to commit adultery with the world and it's entourage of gods, or idolatry. That is why the scripture refers to her as the "great Whore ". Mother Rome
prostituted the truth that she held from
the common people, not allowing anyone to read or own a Bible in the dark ages, for about 1500 years she was the religious dominant force without the allegiance, or betrothal to the name of the Lord Jesus Christ attached to her.
She has destroyed countless religious people who denounced her, her Papas or Popes were Monarchs and supreme rulers, they felt and not only ran the church, but also governments. Charlemayne ( I hope I spelled his name correctly if not let me know) was a religious ruler and Pope.The Holy Roman Empire of Old was an example of what I am talking about. Because Rome was that dominant force and the Pope was a supreme
ruler then and also now, what he said was what people believed was the " voice of God " or the voice of a God as recorded in Acts 12: 21-23 with Herod giving a speech and the angel smitting him for taken credit for something that
God does. Man better be very careful as to what power he thinks he has that can even change God's word, create his own doctrines, ignoring what the word of God says, disecting it and taking it out of context to establish or re- establish
his own philosopical man - made views of a God whom he does not know, supernaturally, but rather Satan the mastermind behind all of these diabolical deceitful doctrines, beguiling " unstable souls " and fooling man with his clever religious whiles, thus capturing the hearts of lost and sinful humanity, blinding them of the truth of God's word. You say, what does that have to do with me? I do not believe in the Catholic doctrine, or why is it so wrong, and who made you the judge? Well, again, the word of God being my yardstick, and the opening scripture as the theme, we have to admit that this is a direct judgment by God on a "whore " or harlot, that she through her spiritual whoredoms caused Kings, or governmental leaders of the Earth and all to be "drunk " or intoxicated, or carried away with, and not scripturally sober and clear thinking and not lead totally to believe what the " church " teaches or practices, absent of "searching the scriptures" for yourselves as the Berean people did, with all readiness of mind to see whether those things that were preached to them were so. ( See Acts 17: 10-12 KJV ) Not being indoctrinated, brainwashed, and hoodwinked by any religious organization, that at one time would not allow Bibles to be read and handled by common people, so that you can get a strong hold of the status-quo Christianity were
you dictate to man what to believe about scripture, what is man made and written, and your organizational structure being the oracles of God, irregardless of what Holy Writ of the eyewitnesses and prophets of God ( The Apostles and
Prophets ) gave us. I said all of that to re-iterate on again the opening scripture, This,"whore", as we read was so persuasive until the ( inhabitants of the earth means all people on the face of the earth ) were corrupted by this "whore ."
I know about the Reformation period and Martin Luther and all of the other beginning of Protestant churches, which the word in itself ( To Protest ) gives us to know that they were not in total scriptural harmony with Mother Rome and her
"Universal Church " creed. But, my friends even though Protestant, still as the scripture states, all have been over come by her dominance in the Religious world of Christendom. Even, believe it or not, those who are Atheists, Agnostics, and or other Religions she ( Rome ADOPTED ) and the paganistic overtones and structure came into the
Catholic church, i,e ( The Rosary from Buddhism, "Our Lady ," Ashtoreth as mentioned in the Book Of Ezekiel as the " Queen of heaven " disguised as the " Virgin Mother " or the "Mother of God. " The Babylon cult of the 3 headed God
or the trinity, disguised as the " Father , Son, and the Holy Ghost. " Israel of the Old Testament or Judaism always has and still does today believe in Monotheism or " The study of one God ." They do not believe that Jesus is God, but they still believe in a Monotheistic godhead, unlike most paganistic or heathen origin beliefs. Just as the early church also preached Jesus as being that one God, or again Monotheists, there has never been a scriptural trinity taught by Jesus, any of the Apostles, or their understudies, or the First Century Church Originating at Jerusalem AD 31- 33 at Pentecost. Clement, the Bishop of the Early Apostolic forefathers, also was not a trinitarian, but embraced the doctrine of Christ as Diety. So we see that this " whore " church , not only forsook the name, and used titles or superlatives in water baptism, but they also sprinkled candidates contrary to the original 12 and their unanimously baptizing all in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins according to Acts 2:38 , Acts 4:12, St. Luke 24: 44-47, Acts 10 : 48, Acts 19: 1-5 , and Colossians 3:17 + Romans 6:3-6 + Acts 8: 12- 17 + 26-38 . So, now, you say, what does that have to do with me? I am Baptist, or Methodist, or Lutheran, or Church of Christ, or Greek Orthodox, or Episcopalian, or Pentecostal. Well, my friends, I know you are probably not aware of this, but Mother Rome or the Roman Catholic Church is the "woman " who made the trinity as popular as it is even with diverse viewpoints about it and various trinitarians concepts, but they profess monotheistic views as well. The trinity doctrine in whatever form is not the message and the doctrine of the First Century Apostolic church. In fact, all who will return to "mother Rome " she will gladly receive you back as long as you have been baptized in the titles or the trinity baptism i, e, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, however, if you are a Jesus Only Oneness believer, or a practicer of the early Oneness Apostles, doctrine movement, Mother Rome will take you back too as long as you denounce the name of Jesus water baptism and take on the titles or superlatives.
So, irregardless of what your religious persuasion is, or who resides over it, or the number of membership that it has
or, even if you have no religious ties with any church or dogma, all are under the same deception of Satan and his
Universal Church . You say, "How do you figure that ? " because the only scriptural doctrine that was given by the Lord Jesus while here on earth that he gave to mankind he gave it to the Apostles, all others, came after them, and they warned us that when they left the scene the people of God would "depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils " Notice it did not say the "faiths " as we all are familiar with today, but " The Faith " Or the one that Jude told the saints that they should earnestly contend for THE FAITH that was once delivered to the saints. " ( See Jude KJV )
" And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, AND TO OVERCOME THEM; AND power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and NATIONS. And all THAT DWELL UPON THE EARTH SHALL WORSHIP HIM,WHOSE NAMES ARE NOT WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE OF THE LAMB SLAIN FROM FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD ." Rev. 13: 7-8 KJV.
John saw that One World Government and Religious system headed by the AntiChrist that we as inhabitants of the Earth are a part of in one way or another, rather you like it or believe it or not. Again your religious affiliation or lack thereof, or atheistic or agnostic belief that you profess, or your religious training, Satan does not care what you call yourself as long as you oppose the only truth given to the world through the Apostles and prophets, and Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone. Anyone opposite of the Early church and their entire doctrine, even if you profess to be Apostolic, if their message in it's entirety you do not embrace, then you are under the diguise of Satan and his " Harlot Church." For the Bible tells us that Satan himself is transformed as an angel of light . ( See 2 Corin. 11:13-15 KJV ) Atheistic and agnostic views just means that an individual does not believe in the devine or supernatural God, which makes him or her an honest unbeliver. Calling oneself a Christian and still not believing all that the Bible says or believing that man has tampered with it makes one an unbeliever who is not honest, and still does not believe . What is the difference? Satan does not care what you call yourself, if he can get you not to believe the Bible he knows that he has got you already, or if you believe part of the Bible he also knows that is unbelief too. " But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. " Rev. 21; 8 KJV.
It did not say the Atheist unbeliever and the agnostic unbeliever, but UNBELIEVER. So in what ever capacity you do not believe what the word of God says then you according to the word are an unbeliever. For more proof of that let me take you to the book of James 2 :19 KJV .
" Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. " Notice here how James says that if you believe that there is one God you are right , or do well as he puts it. But notice he and his group ( devils ) trembles at one God. But just as people say that they believe in one God, Satan does too, but does that make him a believer? Also notice that Satan believes something that most religious Christian churches do not, which is in one God, because most of Christian churches believe in the Trinity doctrine which means three persons in the godhead. Where did that come from? Also note that he trembles, or fears God too, does that make him a believer? Go with me also to this scripture that the Apostle Pul prophesied about the Catholic church's coming along with her " children. "
" Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. " 1 Timothy 4:1-3 KJV . That's why the priest do not believe in getting married, and also notice Paul called it, "seducing spirits" and " doctrine of devils. " They may not be against eating meat, but still they fit in that category, also any doctrine that does not believe in meat eating is a devils doctrine too. Rome is just the " Mother of all denominal churches. "
Not only must you hold the Apostles and their
identical doctrine just as they preached it handed down to them by the Lord himself, so must men perpetuate it as they passed it down to " faithful men who shall be able to teach others also." ( See
2 Timothy 2:2 + Acts 2:42 KJV.
And remember a name of an organization does not matter, your denomination, creed, or lack thereof, or even if you are an infidel, or who founded a religious group, Satan knows that unless you truly believe the gospel "with all of your heart " even as Phillip told the Ethiopian Eunuch in the 8th chapter of the book of the Acts of the Apostles , and take on the name of the bridegroom, Christ Jesus, for the remission of your sins according to Acts 2:38 KJV you have not the application of blood to your soul and are not bearing his name, thus belonging to Satan and his whiles of deception underneath the :" Christian banner." " And they overcame him ( Satan ) by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony and they loved not their lives unto the death. " Rev. 12:11 KJV.+ Romans 6: 3- 11 KJV, " Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. 8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. 11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. " He is speaking of water baptism that is how we are baptized into Jesus Christ, which is where the blood is according to Acts 2:38 KJV + 1 Cor. 6:11. As amazing and upsetting as it may seem, the entire world is programmed to think just the way Satan wants them to. He will not fool all to live a promiscuous life or get hooked on drugs, or murder or steal, or be menaces to society. His greatest deception is to get you to believe something or follow something that looks harmless, does not appear bad, take it and get it to oppose the name of Jesus and the truth of the gospel, repackage it, smooth it over, dress it up in the name of God, and take the word out of context, substituting it with error, ever so slightly, just enough so that you won't know that it's him, and there you have it! Satan and his Christian denominationalism, philosophical, intellectual views he plants in the minds of men, bag of tricks, confusing the masses about the Bible deceiving people OUT OF THE BIBLE taken out of context. Just as he quoted scripture to Jesus after the Lord put the word on him when he was tempted of Satan in the wilderness, before Christ's earthly ministry began, he has fooled Bible scholars to ignore the only given scriptural truths given by God to the world through the early " Day of Pentecost church ." My advice to you my dear readers is, that you search the scriptures and go back to the original chuch that began at Pentecost, see what they taught, compare it to your organizational doctrine, ad if it does not match that of scripture, then denounce it, leave it , and ask God to show you the truth and he will reveal it to you if you truly are sincere and want to be saved, just as he did to Cornelius . ( Read the entire 10th chapter of the book of Acts KJV . )
