 
Then proceed to 12 Feet off the Ground, Raising the Golden Waves of Light Higher & Higher! Then proceed to a thousand Feet off the Ground, Raising the Golden Waves of Light all around into the Atmospheres, clearing all Pollution & Creating Peaceful Ripples through the Waves of Golden Light!
Then proceed Higher (yourself included!), raising the levels of the Golden Waves into the Ionisphere, clearing all the pollution & creating Peace & Love & Healing Around the Earth!
Also, added here, send out Pink & Rose colored Hearts to gently scatter & filter down through the Golden Waves onto Mother Earth & to touch all that is living & non-living (as we think of it!)
See the Healing Golden Waves of Light Giving Protection to ALL things!
Experience the sense of the Golden Waves inside of you & outside of you! From this Level of your experience, send Golden Waves of Light to the StarShips of the Ashtar Command, the Pleiadians, the Andromadans, the Arcturians & all the Planets in our Solar System! Then send these Waves into the Outermost of the Universes & Galaxies so that all will know that we LOVE those that are aiding us in our Ascension here on Earth! We Thank Them for their assistance!

we Rest in these Peaceful & Healing Vibrations~~~then we slowly come back down, level by level as is comfortable back to our beautiful Garden & then back to our warm sitting place!
