Materials Needed!



1) One small clear quartz crystal

2) glass container with lid, no plastic
& no pictures of engravings on glass

3)Spring water or distilled water


How to Make a Seed Crystal
size/ clear quartz crystal
(1" or so)

1) One needs to clean & clear their crystal before programming it in Meditation! Then charge it in the SUN for 1 hour!

2) To cleanse your crystal there are several ways: let tepid water flow over your crystal & remove any physical soil on it, while running the water over it, you can also say, "Release all negativity that has been picked up from the handlers of this crystal (or something to that effect!)"
or You can use a few drops of Rescue Remedy & let it sit a few minutes or you can Smudge it with Sage, saying similar words

3) Then go into Meditation, holding your crystal in your left hand, surround yourself with a Bubble of Golden White Light, ask for your guides to be present & Ashtar to extend his energies to you for especially energizing your Seed Crystal: ask for Empowerment & that Communication Waves be attuned & OPEN to you & that your Crystalline Frequencies be raised! Feel his sublte presence & LOVE for YOU! Rest in this for when you feel ready, the Seed Crystal will be ready!



Making Mystic Waters

Take your Seed Crystal & gently place it into your jar or pitcher, add your water, then cover (you can put a piece of plastic saran wrap over the top of the pitcher using a rubber band to hold it) & put into your refrigerator for at least 8 HOURS!

You can save this container as your Mother Essence! Add water to it as you remove water from it so it keeps regenerating! Then into another small bottle or glass take 1/2 cup of the "Mother" Mystic Water of Ashtar, add Spring water to it, stir & DRINK!!!!!!!!!

Depending on how much you make, depends on the size of your containers/ If you keep your "Mother" bottle activated & full, you should not run out! But if you do, just start over!!!
