The "Lockdown News" was the un-official underground paper produced at the taxpayers expense in the Control Center of Alger Max by Corrections Officers known affectionately as "control center rats". This rag was produced for the purpose of both humor and harrassment and done under the supervision and suggestion of the Day Shift Commander.
