Here is what Jim and Jane say they are saying in this photograph: "Crayon floggers extraordinaire with particular emphasis on Mimis colour (clear)." ... Whatever that means!! Sounds like a quote from "Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome". Do all Aussies talk like that? Maybe they've had one too many Waltzes with Matilda?
It seems more likely that the real story is that Jane and Jim are practicing Jim's ventriloquist act. Notice how Jim's lips hardly move while Jane's whole mouth opens and closes with ease. Or perhaps that's just an apt description of typical married life?
