NO NO NO, they are all squeezed into you, Subpectoral means under your muscle, the Dr uses a type of crowbar to pull your flesh away from your ribs and stuff the implant in. many times this breaks your ribs. My friends ribs were broken this way and the Dr. just dropped in the implant inside her chest an sewed her up FLAT WITH THE IMPLANT INSIDE, SHE HAD TO WEAR A PROSTHESIS ON THE OUTSIDE OF HER CHEST WITH AN IMPLANT INSIDE HER WITH BROKEN RIBS. now.... she needed a chest surgeon, she left it all alone, she said every time they touched her she came off worse, She died!
