In this mechanical neutral center generator, we have 4 field coils with no gap on each side of a long bar magnet (3'), at 90° to the magnetic flux..
On the mechanical, rotating model,a roller bearing is put around the the bloch wall with the extended shield of iron foil laminated to a round dielectric, and one half is open and one half shield, inducing a flow of electricity thru the field coils, 60 times a minute, to produce efficient electricity.
The only purpose of the shield is to cut the main external, iron filing type field of the bar magnet, externally, with the flux path going to the field windings, as it rotates, half open and half closed.
It's called a bloch wall generator, since the roller bearing is mounted on and around the Bloch Wall, from where the extended rotating shield effectively dumps the flux to the copper field windings, and is not concerned with other created neutral centers, in the shielding process.
This is a Mechanical, external process, the shield being the armature, in analogy, and the bar magnet field, the stator, and the coils are placed 90° to the incoming magnetic flux of each cycle, touching the main single, bar magnet.

Here, in the electronic version, the Bloch wall action of a permanent magnet can be cut off by a low power pulse train, of 60Hz.or higher, according to application, from the pulse generator.
The pulsed current, has the effect of make/break on the magnetic flux, during every cycle, that is dumped into the touching field coils as more current than it takes to pulse it.
Thus overunity is possble, with no moving parts.

The Bloch Wall Flux Control Coils, that are connected to the pulse generator, act to cut the magnetic field of the bar magnet electronicaly, as the mechanical rotating iron shield does mechanically, the induced electric current, created in the 4 coils, a porion of which is fed back to the generator, to power it. and the rest used as overunity electricity, with no moving parts.to wear out.
This on / off condition interferes with the flux path completion, and dumps it to the same proper field windings. Dr. Clark recommends putting a diode on the control coil to help dump the coil collapse after each pulse. The control coil is a magnetic flux stopper.

One terahertz is 10¹² Hz. Conventionally the microwave band extends to 30 GHz or so while the far-IR is nominally reckoned to start at around 1 THz.
So the terahertz band lies between micowaves and the far-IR. On the other hand, in this frequency range the wavelengths of electromagnetic waves (in vacuum) are millimeter or sub-millimeter. So, logically, terahertz waves are the same thing as millimeter or submillimeter waves. However, in practice people who use the term terahertz are generally speaking of signals generated by ultrafast optical techniques or far-IR lasers.
Focusing a sub-picosecond pulse on a photoconductive antenna of suitable dimensions will produce EM waves in the THz band. On the other hand, people who use the term millimeter or submillimeter waves are invariably speaking of sources and detectors based on harmonic multiplication of microwave signals.
