1. MPG MIRACLE
A Pure Ethanol Additive containing resonant frequencies that saves 10 to 12% on fuel consumption. One ounce of MPG MIRACLE treats 160 gallons of deisel, ethanol, or gasoline. Would you rather burn one ounce of pure ethanol
tha costs $10 or ten gallons of unleaded gas that costs $28? Would you rather breathe the pollution from burning 1 ounce of pure ethanol or 10 gallons (1280 ounces) of unleaded gas?
Tested and proven valid by Fuel Efficiency Expert Phil Ratte. He has the exclusive control of this product that comes from Canada.
MPG MIRACLE will be sold to ethanol producing plants so that their ethanol blended fuels are more fuel efficient than unleaded gas. MPG MIRACLE will be sold to consumers but to no members of the Oil Cartel that imports foreign oil into the USA.
2. ETHANOL FROM CORN STALKS
Minnesota is the 5th highest ethanol producing state in the USA. We produce 400 million gallons of ethanol year.
Converting all the shelled corn in Minnesota into ethanol would provide us with 1.2 billion gallons of ethanol. We currently use 4 billion gallons of unleaded gas and ethanol a year. Converting our corn stalks as well as the shelled corn into ethanol would give us well over 4 billion gallons of ethanol from our corn crop
24 hour testing in a 3 million gallon ethanol pilot plant proved the ethanol production potential cornstalks to be over 200 gallons of ethanol per ton of cornstalks. This process uses 30% less energy than the current ethanol process and a feedstock that costs half as much as shelled corn.
As a retired Professional Engineer who practiced in Minnesota for 27 years. it is Phil Ratte's Professional Opinion that this process is a valid proven technology with great potential.
3. FIRESTORM SPARK PLUGS
Save 70% on fuel consumption at a 30:1 Air:Fuel ratio, increase horsepower by 40%, and virtually eliminate all forms of pollution.
Phil Ratte, an expert in fuel efficiency and combustion technology, has twice met with the inventor of this spark plug, Robert Krupa, who is a qualified automotive engineer. Mr. Krupa has worked for GM and been consultant for Ford and Daimler Chrysler. Phil Ratte should be testing these spark plugs in the near future.

Phil has been offered the MLM and Direct Sale rights to this product.
4. WATER POWERED ENGINES
a. Steve Meyer demonstrated on Twin Cities Channel 4 news his internal combustion engine that uses plain water for fuel. His twin brother, Stanley Meyer, died unexpextedly in 1999. He had just received a $50 million grant from his county in Ohio to buld a plant to produce his water powered engine concept that had 24 internation patents.

b. A Philipino engineer has run a car on water for over 30 years. He has converted over 100 internal combustion engines to run on water.

c. The FireStorm Spark Plug (See 3. above) has been used to run a car engine on plain water.

5. MEČ FUEL ADDITIVE
MEČ Fuel Additive has been tested by a California EPA certified lab. The very conservative SAE testing protocol showed:
A. A 13% mileage increase in a V-6 Ford Taurus (PDF):

B, A 16% mileage icrease in an Isuzu medium duty cab over box truck with a six cylinder intercooled turbocharged diesel engine (PDF):

An Exhaust Emissions Test on a 2005 V-6 Ford Taurus with 41,000 miles on the odometer showed a 7% decrease in unburned hydrocarbons, a 33% reduction in carbon dioxide, and a 44% reduction in NOX (nitrous oxides) (PDF):

Phil Ratte has tested two cars using MEČ: his wife's 1999 Honda Accord that had a 20.3% mieage increase after 5 fillups and a 2002 Dodge Caravan that had a 24% increase in the first tankful. It is his Professional Opinion that car drivers can expect to get a 13 to 25% mileage increase and diesel truck drivers can expect to get a 16 to 30% increase in mileage if they use MEČ in their fuel.
Here is Phil's sworn notarized affidavit of his Professional Opinion:

6. EFIE
Why do the current high mileage cars (other than hybrids) get only 35 mpg EPA highway when the 1994 Geo Metro had a 44 mpg EPA highway rating.
Mr. Ratte found that the higher mileage vehicles produced since 1996 would no longer get improved fuel efficiency from fuel saving devices that were proven to work previously. He has recently discovered an electronic device called EFIE that is installed between the oxygen sensor and the computer. This allows various the fuel saving devices to work as they had in the past.
It is Mr. Ratte's professional opinion that the EPA, the oil companies, and the automobile companies conspired to hold down the fuel efficiency of the higher mileage cars by the use of the OBD2 computers that add more fuel to the engine when the oxygen sensor sees a lower exhaust temperature because of improved fuel efficiency. Addition of a fuel saving device to one of these cars causes a reduction in exhaust temperature so the OBD2 computers negate any increase in fuel efficiency. This allowed the Oil Cartel to sell more of their gas and diesel fuel and pollute more of the air we breathe.
Currently there are 113 2007 model cars in Europe that get over 40 mpg. There are two in the USA. Last year, there were five. That's real progress.
Mr. Ratte used a $3.20 4200 gauss ceramic magnet, an oil additive called Energy Release, and AmsOil Synthetic Oil to increase the mileage of his 1994 Geo Metro from 44 mpg at 55 mph to 61 mpg at 55 mph a 44% increase. This is no longer possible on recent high mileage cars unless you use an EFIE.
7. DSE ALTERNATIVE DIESEL FUEL ADDITIVE
Used French Fry Oil blended with kerosene, gasoline, a cetane boost additive, and the DSE additive that costs 46 cents a gallon or the same additives blended with unused Minnesota Soy or Sunflower oils. This type of blended fuel has been used in Europe ever since WW II.

It is a considerable improvement over BioDiesel.
8. TORCHJET SPARK PLUGS
Reduce fuel consumption, increase horsepower, and reduce pollution. GM spent $40 million and 15 years developing this spark plug for eight of their gas engines for cars and trucks. They encountered a production problem that limited the life of these TorchJet Spark Plugs so they sold this product to an Eagan, Minnesota company that has solved the production problem and is starting to produce these spark plugs for use in aircraft engines. They will soon be available for cars.
9. AQUEOUS FUELS
Since the late 1970's, Mr. Ratte' has known about aqueous fuels, which
are either deisel fuel or gasoline mixed 1 to 1 with water and a special surfactant.
The surfactant is a special borax soap that combines the water and fuel so they cannot separate.
The aqueous deisel fuel is being used in the large deisel engines that power a ferry boat which has gone back and forth between San Francisco and Oakland, California several times a day for a number of years.
10. SOLARCRETE BUILDINGS
In the 1980's, Phil Ratte helped design and build four SolarCrete Buildings that consume 75 to 80% less energy than conventional buildings. There is a SolarCrete 3 bedroom stucco home in Apple Valley and a commercial building just south of Forest Lake on Hwy. 35.

PHIL RATTE'S BIOGRAPHY CONCERNING ENERGY ISSUES

-----------------------------
Phil is currently working with an ethanol project in SW Minnesota that will make ethanol from corn stalks using 30% less energy than the current process that converts corn into ethanol. This concept is currently being used to convert wood chips into ethanol down in Mississippi.
All the corn raised in the USA could provide 40 billion gallons of fuel. The USA uses 140 billion gallons of gasoline a year. Also using the process to make ethanol from cornstalks as well as the corn kernals could provide over 140 billion gallons of ethanol.
