HORSES WATCHING, ME, WATCH THEM

1.
In, early morning's, new day light,
eight horses grazing, peaceful sight.
I'm watching horses, eating grass,
sitting, resting, peace at last.
2.
Early morning's, baptismal light,
feeds my soul, and thus I write.
All eight horses, watching me,
bowing for grass, raising to see.
3.
Watching me, watching them,
raising necks, again and again.
something new, on their horizon,
a chair, a person, to keep an eye on.
4.
BIrds a twitter, here and there,
sacred songsters, everywhere.
Watching horses, gleaning grass,
I am silent, calmed at last.
5.
My new bought chair, a comfy fit,
just, watching horses, here I sit.
Life and time, no longer fly,
now is all, here am I.
6.
Creation's face, is framed in light,
eight horses ambling, awesome sight.
Time is stopped, at least for me,
I am peeking at, eternity.
7.
Horses watching, me, watch them,
Ambling closer, to where I am.
Watching horses, eating grass,
here I sit, hushed at last.
(repeat last 4 lines, softer)
(then last line, very softly)
