Winter's finally here!
What fun it is to laugh and sing,
with winter finally here!

Deep snow drifts on the ground.
The woodpile's hid from sight.
We know the car is somewhere near,
we parked it here last night!
.
We scoop and shovel snow,
drive the tractor out to play,
come plowing down the driveway,
laughing, all the way!
.
The cold frosts all our fingers,
and freezes all our toes.
We feel just like a reindeer,
with a bright red Rudolph nose!

Soup simmers on the wood stove.
A candle charms each plate.
Outside, our road fills up with snow.
Inside, we hibernate!

Sitting by the window,
with plowing at an end,
the falling snow, lets us know.......
that we can...... do it all again!

How wonderful is Winter
such an awesome white.
in our sleep.... we know we'll dream,..... ....of shoveling snow all night!
